Hands down the best experience I have ever had! I have been seeing Dr Tran, Dr Lee and Adrianna since I was a kid. I now live in San Diego but I still make the drive up to Ocean Ranch Dentistry because of these three people. They genuinely care and talk to you while you are in their chair, you aren't just another number. Plus they have always been honest when working on my teeth. I've had dentists that say I have a cavity every time I come in just so they can make their money. Here I know they will be honest with me and that everything they recommend is what's needed. I have had several dentist and this office is by far the best, they make you feel right at home, Adriana is super nice and always remembers me and my daughters, Dr. Lee and Dr. Tran are great and they always explain everything in an easy way. My cousin has been loving this place for years. My nurse goes here too and she was telling me she likes the time they spend with her. I was ok with my old dentist but i really didn't see him that much and he was expensive and they were a little snobby. So when they stopped taking my military insurance i figure it was time to change. Love this place! The dentist spends a lot of time with me and is very through. Got my new front caps and they look awesome! They look better and feel better then my other ones. Bonus is that is was easier and cost less. They are very cheerful and seem to really enjoy their job. I never thought I'd rate a dentist 5 stars but the place was great! I went for just a cleaning and check up and it was great. No pain or rushing. My dentist, Dr. Tran was very nice, friendly, and down to earth. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. My favorite thing is that they offer appointments on Saturdays! They do have a strict cancellation notice of two days I believe, except for emergencies but I think that it's important to respect people's time, so that doesn't bother me much. I took my daughter for a cleaning and I guess Adriana thought she was the office manager and I guess my daughter rubbed her the wrong way. Love Love Love this place! I love that it is a husband and wife practice, not some corporate run practice. They never give off the impression that they are trying to rip you off or nickle and dime you which is great considering a lot of dental practices out there feel very much like a mechanic where they try to upsell you on everything and tell you that you need a ton of work done when you really dont.They are so friendly and respectful and are great with my 6 year old! he actually loves to go to the dentist because they are very nice and he gets to watch movies when they are cleaning his teeth! Have been going to ocean ranch for a few years now. Started coming here since my family/ friends are also are patients here. Everyone here is very personable and professional. What sets this office apart is that my dentist spends most of my appointment time with me, at other offices my appointment was mostly with the office staff and at other offices the time i spent with the dentist felt rushed. Wow! Just got off the phone with the receptionist and they want to charge me a $50 cancelation fee for an appointment I had scheduled this Friday. Today is Tuesday that is a 3 day notice! Her explanation, the specialist is only here once a month and we need to have his day booked and now he has an open spot that needs to be filled. Then she tries to make me feel better by saying that $50 would go towards my dental work. What if I didn't want to use you anymore? I completely understand a fee if you do not give a notice, but we are talking 72 hours here! Maybe I should have went to a bigger dental office with no hidden fees. read more

I just wanted to start off by saying that I have never had a better dental experience in my life that compares to what I get from Ocean Ranch Dentistry. As a kid who had bad oral hygiene, accident prone and also a fear of dentists, this place has really changed my perception of what trips to the dentist should be like. I've gone through about 10 other dentists throughout my life and Ocean Ranch Dentistry takes the cake. First thing that I love about this place was how friendly and warm the entire staff is. Dr Tran and Adriana went through each and every of my concerns and questions thoroughly, making sure that I knew what was happening and what I was paying for as well as my other options. Second thing that I love about this place is the length of time it takes from your appointment time to when the dentist sees you. Within five minutes of my appointment time, I was already being seen by Dr Tran as well as was prepped by Adriana. I can literally leave home and by back within an hour because of how spot on they are about not keeping people waiting. Mind you, it takes ten minutes to get there. Lastly, the best part about this place is the absence of selling you procedures that you don't need. Almost all of my previous dentists tried to sell me at last one time during my visits. This office does not do that. I remarked one time about how I might be grinding my teeth at night. Dr Tran recommended a mouth guard but since the one that they had was not covered by my insurance, he urged me to just get one from Walmart instead of trying to sell me the one they had. My dental health takes priority here instead of the money they could make off their patients. I foresee myself coming back here for a very long time. read more

Beside a clean office and the dentists are nice however the price is skyrocket for implant and a front desk clerk named Andriana is suck and bitchy. She always acts as a professional and she knows everything. Perhaps she is not good as she think she is. I have called in for a perio-gard prescription (4 bucks as Walmart and their price is $15) and that bitch gave me a hard time. She always tried to shut me up and push me away "unprofessional and unhelpful". I called back and try to straight things out with her because I have not wanted to bother Dr Huy Tran for her unprofessional behavior. She encouraged me to bring my problem to Dr Huy and told me to find another dentist if I didn't like their services. Thank god for her bitchy mouth and nasty behavior, I found a good dentist in Orange County for my single tooth implant with a total price as $1500 compare to their price of $2500. You pay for what you get. I don't think so with Ocean Ranch Dentistry. I just have to drive 65 miles from Oceanside to Anaheim and I save myself a thousand bucks. Dr. Lee is great! Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, but the girls here make it a great experience. The Staff is always friendly and even if you haven't been to the dentist in a while, they make you feel comfortable (you won't get any guilt trips from Dr. Lee). They are flexible with scheduling, the prices were very reasonable and they go through all the costs with you beforehand. I highly recommend their office and even referred them to my co-workers! I have been going to see Dr. Vanessa Lee, almost since she and Dr. Tran first opened. There are so many good things I could say about the doctors' and their wonderful staff. Adriana is the best front office staff ever, always happy and smiling. I've always gone in for the normal routine care, except for last October. On a Saturday morning, I tripped over a chair that had been moved into our garage, due to painting on the house. Well that trip almost cost me one of my front teeth. I walked to a neighbor's home, called the Dentist office, and was told Dr. Tran would meet me at the office. I was a mess, blood and dirt. Dr. Tran after an evaluation, took ahold of the tooth that had been pushed back about 1/4 inch into my mouth and snapped it back in place. I couldn't believe it. Had to wait several months for the tooth to settle back in and join again in my mouth. Then my Dr. Lee, fixed the discoloration and I now have a beautiful new tooth. I am so happy, I can really celebrate how good my teeth look. They are truly wonderful dentists. Best I've ever been to!!! read more
