Located just about a half mile from the highway, this Wendy's was easy enough to get into and out of. I parked up and went inside, where I was the only customer in the dining room. Masks are required. The young man who took my order was also responsible for filling it. He was quick and efficient, wasting no time. The order was correct and there were napkins in the bag. I give this store -5 stars!!! We came to the drive through at 11:45pm. The guy told us to wait. As we sat in the drive thru realized that their food truck came.. We sat and sat and sat then realized they was closing down, but per their store operations they aren't supposed to close until 12 am. We drove around to the 2nd window asking for a manager, so random boy not in uniform came to the drive thru window. The workers knocked my husbands phone out his hand while he was trying to record the entire situation standing at the back door asking for a manager. We both ask for the manager the manager was never notified but never came to rectify the situation! Currently they are still in the store cooking food for themselves they even have people who don't work in the establishment behind the counter fixing food no gloves , no hairnets, The cops had to be called. The manager still have yet to address us and the problem with their workers. Poor management skills, problem solving skills, common courtesy, respect, customer service skills. We still wasn't compensated for our time wasted. My perception there was absolutely no shift leader, manager, general manager on staff, so a bunch of children was left unattended the whole night shift. Whomever the owner is needs to rethink who his management staff is from the head on down to the shirt leaders are!! When you have the rite management stage then you are able to have the right crew members and the rest of the staff all the way down to janitorial staff!! This is by far the worst Wendy's that I have ever had to opportunity to patronize. They got nothing right on my order. The food was cold nasty and they even get my drink wrong. They don't answer the phone when you call to complain about your order. I think it's a joke to them when they mess up an order this is the third time I've come to this Wendy's and at no point has my order been correct. I plan to boycott Wendy's for the next five years unless somebody fixes this immediately. Even the fries were cold. And the drink was totally wrong. Where is the leader ship in this Restaurant. Wendy's was ok. The drink cup size for the 4 for $4 deal seems smaller than what I expected. It was late night and it seemed the lines at all of the fast food spots were long. I just needed something to snack on while going back down I20. I gave them a 20 and it took forever for them to give my change back. "Welcome to Wendy's!" What can be said about this Wendy's that you don't already know about Wendy's in general? Well, not much I guess. This Wendy's like others has a drive through, all the great menu items of other Wendy's restaurants such as the Spicy Chicken sandwich, Single Cheeseburger, 1/2 pound cheeseburger (two patties & two slices of cheese), and even the 3/4 pound cheeseburger (yes, you got it.. three patties, and three slices of cheese). Some people may call that last one, the "Clogger" like they do in the Simpsons. I just call it the 3/4 pounder. My favorite items to order at Wendy's are the 1/4 pound cheeseburger and the spicy chicken sandwich, an ice cold coke, and french fries which are made with real sea salt. The customer service department could use a little upgrade, but hey, it's Wendy's. You get what you pay for I guess. I usually get along well with the employees here (tip: give them a high five and be nice, and they should usually return the love). Look to spend roughly $5 a meal depending on what you order. Omg I don't usually review fast food places but this place had the best customer service I've ever received in my life at a Wendy's and one of the best of any restaurant. This Wendy's is the slowest drive thru and inside. They are in no hurry to do anything. They constantly mess up your order. When you ask them to fix it they think giving you a free frosty or fry will help the situation. The manager needs help in training the staff. While the appearance of the place is inviting the customer service is seriously lacking. I initially started in the drive thru and it was ridiculously long, on average they were taking five minutes per car, mind you I was about five cars back. Since I was just looking to get two frosty's I opted to park and run inside. If you use the drive thru be prepared for 3 things. Getto, ghetto and get ho!! I've been here a couple of times and I'm quickly reminded of why it's important to come from a 2 parent household. If you're lucky someone might say "welcome to Wendy's may I take your order?" Last 2 times I pulled up, the weave addicts just waited for me to say hello. After ordering they tell you to drive around. You have to guess which window you'll be paying at. So I suggest stopping in the middle of both windows and pray for eye contact. The icing on the cake. Absolutely no exchange of words. Take your money, give you your food and close the window. Got home and my daughter found a long strand of hair in her burger(couldn't tell if it was horse or human). By that time I was too exhausted to deal with any more ignorance. Terrible service twice. Won't be a third time.
