Mom made an order online. Went to pick it up for her at menu I told them I had online order. They told me to pull around but a random car that wasn't in line pulled in front of me. Stopped in today for the last time, being that we are moving from the area this weekend. I wanted to try the baconator fries with some of my delicious homemade chili with mushrooms that I zapped in the microwave to assure piping hot once I got to Wendy's which is only a few minutes away. I placed my order and received I guess in a reasonable amount of time. I could not understand why there was not a clean table in the place at 3:30 during the day.. My fries were a bit over cooked, dry and hard around the edges. The bacon was minimal as expected and my chili complimented it well and I enjoyed over all. Out of 9 visible employees only 1 was wearing a mask properly, most weren't wearing gloves. One girl was touching her face then handling food while another guy was wearing no gloves but was involving himself in the bagging and prepping of every order. He even joked about pulling the mask up over his face because the "manager was there" then proceeded to remove it again, laugh with a wide open mouth and touch even kore peoples food. I am from New York and visiting. Decided to stop in on my way home and get food. I went to get my soda there were no tops or straws by the soda machine and the area was dirty. When the lady gave me my bag it looked as if she just threw my fries in the bag. The fries were not fresh, she gave me no napkins or condiments and when I asked for a top with straw for my drink I got attitude from the worker. I will never go back to this Wendy's again. This Wendy's needs HELP. All the employees were cussing at each other in front of customers & the restaurant was dirty.... Also be careful walking into this place because the floors are really slick. You gotta love when a fast good place just opens. Everything is fresh and hot and service is good! Great even! The interior is amazing for a fast good restaurant. It's very hip... State of the art facility. They have the cute little coca cola machine that allows you to make whatever flavor of drinks you choose... I don't usually stop at Wendy's but had recently gotten the Power Mediterranean salad and loved the sun dried hummus dressing included on this salad. I thought I'd like to give it another try. The salad I received was missing the sun dried tomato/ hummus. However, the service and friendliness of an employee named Jamie was worth the stop. She was very kind. I ordered a baconator fries and a taco salad. It took them 5-10 minutes to even take the order through the drive thru speaker. After they confirmed that is what I ordered they happily made me wait in the drive thru line, they confirmed my order with me 3 different times before giving me my food. When I got home I realized instead of the fries I was given a side of chili (yuck). And my "taco salad" was lettuce with very little shredded cheese on top. As you can imagine I didn't enjoy my meal and definitely felt my money would've better been spent elsewhere (Taco Bell). My family and I stopped by to eat at this brand new Wendy's 10/11/2014. The building is very pretty and well designed! BUT, The whole lobby was a mess, and dirty. The manager on duty was so rude, and served cold food. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to "Please, warm up" my food.. She tossed the fries back into the fryer.
