I text the number that confirmed the appointment at 3:40pm and she said she can't get a hold of him. It's odd. I have to nap my 4 month old for 20 min at 4pm in a room he needs to measure. I tell her at 3:55pm to tell him to just come back at 4:25 when I'm done napping my baby. I pulled down all the tacky Amazon black out curtains mind you that I have suction taped to the windows to prepare for his arrival earlier in the day. So he can measure properly. I walk up to my front door at 4pm to nap my baby and he's at the front door. WORST time. My 2 year old is crying to go on a walk. My baby needs to nap. And here he is. I said I need 20 minutes to nap my baby right now and he didn't offer to wait. Just said I can call to reschedule. At first I was just focused on getting my baby to nap so I said ok and he left. But I'm pissed. Now I have to put all these curtains back up and pull them down again. I already have my hands full. No courtesy call to say he was late because of phone issues. It's just a sign it's not meant to be. If you're on a time crunch and your schedule is thin don't count on them to have integrity in their appointment time. But maybe it was just a bad day for him. I don't know. He had a lais sez fair attitude. "Let's just reschedule." Ticks me off now that I'm thinking about all of this. We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. Sooo it's 2024 and we decided to get the 4 1/2"shutters in the rest of the house. We got the first…read more3.5" shutters in the bedroom and bathroom back in 2018. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

She answers via phone or text which is helpful to have both options. She gets you all set up with Doug the field technician. He is punctual and such a sweet guy. We have used them for the past 3 years on various things from automatic shades to door windows to restroom windows. We remodeled in three phases and after each phase we needed a set of blinds. They got us on the schedule right away for measurements and once product was in they installed right away. Top quality custom blinds and shades that really enhance the space. Highly recommend using them!
