On a whim I tried Keystone, fully expecting to purchase a new pair but Saran was able to return them back to service. After about a year I definitely needed a new pair and was fully confident in purchasing them from Keystone. Since then I've been very vocal in referring friends and family to them because they're the best!

This is a top notch facility for purchasing hearing aids. My audiologist was Margo Belisle and…read moreshe had me fit for hearing aids for minor to moderate hearing loss. The purchase came with 75 days return with 3 follow-up visits to get the hearing aids working just right. The hearing aids I purchased where vast improvements over those that I had tried before. The connectivity with the Bluetooth iPhone and car was complex but Margo had all the answers with every visit. See listened to all the concerns and had and answer to everything. When she didn't have the answer she was on the phone with the manufacturer and had the solution within minutes. Super smart and very personable. Scott at the front desk was an advocate for insurance and went out of his way to make sure you were please with your product or your money back. This is the place to go for your modern hearing aid solution. Each purchase is covered by a 3 year warranty and unlimited support. Buy with confidence! Thanks Margo and Scott! --AG

There was no urgency at all despite the real possibility that she has permanent 100% hearing loss. The condition requires quick treatment which is the greatest indicator for positive outcome. Wasted weeks instead of starting on treatment immediately. Then the front desk staff was not scheduling appointments according to the strict protocol that the Dr laid out, and they made appts that we already knew would be impossible to keep due to availability of the Rx from the compounding pharmacy. They said make the appt anyway, then we had to cancel and they have not called back to reschedule. Meanwhile her condition becomes more severe. Horrible awful quality of care, completely useless. Only go here if you want your condition to worsen or you have no other option.

When I get someone on the phone they need a referral from my PCP. Then when I call my PCP they already done it and sent it . I keep calling the office and I must tell you the office help are idiots. I finally couldn't it any more, and called my PCP for a new ENT doctor which I got, and you think that was it, no Thursday I got a text from UO saying they have all the paper work, but they wanted to know my son name. I don't have a son. Like I say they idiots.

They quality seemed very good and the convenience features were surprisingly comprehensive. I returned them only because the didn't work for me. I don't believe it is the fault of the hearing aids, just that I am not compatible with these particular hearing devices. Quite possibly, she could have provided hearin aids that would work for me. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers 2 of the models she carries. Any other devices would have been full price without any insurance coverage. My financial situation would not allow this. Secondly, when I asked to return them, she remained just as nice and friendly as when I was first a potential customer. The purchase price was promptly refunded and in full. I can strongly recommend Coastal Hearing.

Visited the SSHC Weymouth office on 7/22/26. There were many aspects of my visit that I…read moreappreciated. The office is tidy, organized, and I had no wait for my scheduled appointment. The audiologist, Casey Masi, was fantastic. She was both warm and knowledgeable. I had both an earwax removal and audiogram scheduled. I'd been informed when making the appointment that if the office "attempted" to remove the earwax and if there were none, that I'd still be charged the earwax removal fee ($65). When the audiologist sat me down to chat about what brought me into the office before the earwax removal, she quickly peered into my ears with the otoscope. She then told me that I had very little earwax, so she didn't think earwax removal was necessary. I decided to forgo the earwax removal at her suggestion, and we moved on to the audiogram. At the appointment, I was charged $65 for my "Office Visit," which is the description on my itemized receipt. I assumed it was in connection with my copay for the audiogram, as the earwax removal was deemed unnecessary. On 9/3/26, I receive an email with an invoice for $45 from South Shore Hearing Center, apparently related to the audiogram. I called the office on 9/4/26 to inquire about the multiple charges. Carolyn Greene, the receptionist, explained to me that even if the audiologist merely looked in my ears with an otoscope, that still qualified as an "attempt" to remove the earwax, so that was the initial charge for $65. This is an issue of principle: the charges for services that were not fully rendered are a bit deceptive. Please be wary of scheduling earwax removal with South Shore Hearing Center or any other services, as they have proven they are inclined to stretch the reasonable definition of "attempt" in order to nickel and dime their patients, some of whom may not have the means to pay $65.
