Francis was working and probably saw the utter confusion I was in. He approached me asking if he could help. I told him that my light was out and I need to replace it. He asked me which ones and I got even more confused. He walked me to my car and asked me to turn it on. I did as I instructed and turned on my high beams and turned it off. I guess it makes a difference? He then escorted me back in and grabbed me what I needed. He even showed me how to change my bulbs!! He was so generous and caring. I will be back! If you ever need anything and are just as lost, ask for Francis and he will definitely help you with a smile. The associate assisting with the location of the preferred charging system was thorough and explained the different levels of AC charging and their benefits. I eventually chose the mid upper tier and I am satisfied with my purchase. Cool topics can be discussed if they are pertinent to the evaluation of the industry and where it's headed. I couldn't find my original receipt for this battery, which I purchased on 03-06-2024, in Hilo, Hawaii. This battery is less than 36 months old, so if it's bad, I should be able to get it replaced free of charge, being that it's less than three years old, according to batteries warranty. I moved to Nevada two years ago, so I called my closest Napa store here in Henderson, Nevada and I spoke to a store employee, who answered the phone "Hello" and he was not a "Happy camper". I explained my situation to him, who basically stated no receipt, we can't do anything for you, need to pay for a brand-new battery. I took a chance and called my former home town Napa in Hilo; Hawaii and I spoke to "Shawn". Man, what a breath of fresh air.... Shawn was so down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to locate my car battery receipt for the purchase that I made back in March of 2024, he was able to track it via my phone number and on top of that he was able to email me a copy of the receipt within seconds. I just wanted to give some POSITIVE feedback, being that nowadays, there is so much negativity out there. The phones are ring and they don't answer those. Then when someone does ask if you need something, they seem annoyed. It's hard to not laugh a little bit because it's like, no I don't need anything. They'll show you the wrong part and then they don't want you to return it and make it difficult to return. Two stars is generous.
