My friends and I came here for a Friday night dinner. The place is a lot bigger than it seems and they seated our group of 4 immediately! Our server was super nice as well. We ordered crab rangoons (called cheese rolls, 3 pieces) and egg rolls (3 rolls split into 6 pieces) for appetizers. These were super crispy and I liked the dipping sauce they came with. For mains, I got a volcano roll and split a dancing dragon roll with my friend. The volcano roll was tasty, but the rolls were very thick and they kept falling apart. Some parts of the avocado also seemed either like it was browning or just super dunked in soy sauce (which also may have been why the roll was falling apart). The dancing dragon roll was pretty good (I'm not a tempura sushi fan usually but this was yummy!). Overall, decent spot, and I'd probably try some of the other dishes next time. read more

I've lived in ATL for 13 years. This is by far, hands down our favorite sushi place. The Thai food is also outstanding! We've had sushi all over ATL, inside and outside the perimeter. Harry and sons is always the place we use to judge other places. We've had less expensive, more expensive, and what we consider this to be, is in the mid price range. We've had excellent sushi in Buckhead, but it was so very expensive, we didn't feel the value for our dollar was there. My husband calls those expensive more fancy places "shishi" we've never had a roll at Harry and Sons we didn't like, we've never had Thai food we didn't like (the duck is my favorite here) , the cocktails are always exceptional, and the service is 5 star. Perfect ratio of savory and spice and the portion size was very satisfying- all while costing less than $15. Srithai has been my favorite Thai restaurant in ATL for a long time, but I think I have a new favorite. The vibes here are really cool too. Some of my experiences dining at other restaurants have been a bit awkward, so I mostly order take out. I may be weird, but dining alone at a restaurant bar is one of my favorite pastimes, so I decided to do just that when I got off early from work. I've had this place bookmarked for a while and was in the area running errands. Parking is scarce in Virginia Highlands, but street parking was available. I already have ParkMobile downloaded, so paying was a breeze. The total came to $2.30 for an hour. The restaurant is very intimate, but designed beautifully. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately. They were out of an ingredient for a cocktail that I wanted and I ended up getting a lychee martini. I'm so glad I did! It was strong and delicious. The cheese rolls were pretty good. They're a version of wontons, but made like spring rolls. The Ka proud lamb was amazing! The lamb chops were very tender and the rice was delicious. The customer service was excellent and I felt very comfortable dining in their restaurant. They have a pretty extensive menu of Thai food and sushi rolls. Ordered take out through DoorDash. App said it would take 45 mins to make it but it really took 20 mins. Even though we arrived 25 minutes after it was made, it was still fresh and super delicious! We had two items: Pad Thai (w/beef) and the Ocean roll. Both were really good. The seared tuna was perfect and they put a lot of sesame seeds on the roll!
