As for my visit, the doc talked my ear off and repeated the same thing to me over and over again. I got a referral here and I'm probably just going to call my main provider back and get a redirect to another Dermatologist since this place doesn't seem to want people's business and can't answer their phones. I checked their website. They let you schedule online. However, I can't schedule online bc I have a referral and have questions while scheduling an appointment. It says if you need to speak to them it says to call the number at the top of the website. That number is disconnected. I looked for a place on their website to contact the office via email or an online form in writing. No way to do that on the website. I went to their Facebook to try to send a message through messenger but they have that disabled and it just sends you to their website to contact them. But I can't find a way to contact anyone anyway at all. I ended up leaving a comment on their latest post. This place sucks. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Can't even make an appointment!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alice Liu for approximately 15 years, and I cannot say enough good…read morethings about her. San Diego is extremely fortunate to have a dermatologist of her caliber, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my dermatologist. Dr. Liu is an exceptionally talented physician and surgeon. I have had two Mohs surgeries performed by her on my face. For those unfamiliar with Mohs surgery, it is a highly specialized technique used to remove skin cancer while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible. The tissue is examined microscopically during the procedure to make sure the cancer has been completely removed. One of my cancers required a fairly significant amount of tissue to be removed from my cheek. After Dr. Liu finished, you could barely tell anything had ever been done. The other was directly above my left nostril, where removing a significant amount of tissue could easily have affected the appearance and shape of my nose. Dr. Liu did what I can only describe as a magician's job. She removed the cancer while preserving the appearance of my nose. The cosmetic result was remarkable. Her credentials are equally impressive. Dr. Liu graduated from Princeton University and earned both her M.D. and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at UCLA and is board-certified in both dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and has repeatedly been selected by her physician peers as one of San Diego's Top Doctors. As impressive as her credentials are, she is also kind, personable, caring, and easy to talk to. I have trusted her with my skin and, quite literally, my face for about 15 years. Excellent doctors are often busy, and Dr. Liu is absolutely worth the wait. I would recommend her without hesitation. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my dermatologist.

Months later I get the agreed treatment of "botox", got charged $350, and they couldn't even tell me how many units were used, just that the area was treated. I had 22 units of botox at a different facility 3yrs earlier for half the price and better results. Won't be going back here to finish the research or get further treatment. Stay away!
