I…read morechose to go to this used dealership because of all of the great reviews they received online. Also, their inventory was so vast with a wide array of vehicle and price options. I was lucky enough to work directly with the owner himself, as he is a stand-up guy and real family man. He genuinely wants his customers to be happy and it shows as he has been in business for over a decade. I have recommended this business to many friends, coworkers, and family members already and will continue to do so. My best advice: Check out their inventory online. Make an appointment before going in! There are 2 locations on coast highway, so make sure you know which one to go to. Always get your car of interest looked at by your mechanic before purchasing, because cars are sold as-is. Be HONEST about your wants and needs and concerns or opinions of the cars you are looking at. Happy Car Shopping!

The AC ran pretty weak the whole time I had the car. Then two weeks later after renting this car, they send me a toll charge that happened a WEEK before I had even rented this car! So, they tried passing this charge on me knowing when the incident happened (read invoice). They must of thought I would just pay the small toll fee and all is well. So, if you're renting a Turo vehicle through them beware of charges they may pass on to you later on? Turo as a whole is a great service & I will continue to use Turo. It's the company that partner up with Turo that's in question.

Scrolling through ad after ad on CarGurus, I finally managed to land on a listing from Autonique over in Oceanside, CA for the exact car I was looking to purchase. Low miles, Great price. I sent a request for information via the CarGurus site and within literal minutes, the buying experience began. To call me a nervous buyer is putting it mildly. But on the other end of the phone was my salesman, Teo. From the second we started talking I knew I'd found the right place. He could sense my nervousness and immediately began explaining the process to me. Let's face it, buying a car sight unseen, out of state, and requiring transport, can put the anxiety to a level of 10 real quick. Teo was completely unphased and managed to calm my nerves immediately. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, and can arguably say this was the most pain free purchase, transport, and delivery of a vehicle to date. No hidden fees, no questions unanswered, the deal I wanted, and the PERFECT car both inside and out, exactly as advertised. To Teo and Sam, a heartfelt THANK YOU from Mississippi! 100/10 would buy from you again!

BMW didn't make a lot of these, so they're not as plentiful as other models. I was actually looking nationwide due to the shorage in this specific model. But in the end, the best one I could find happened to be right here in Southern California! It had super low miles and every single option that was available. I dealt with Teodor and he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. The car is amazing and I'm very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased this car about 4 months ago and I still have not got my plates. I had replace my tires , do a oil change and so much more within two weeks of having my car. They made fake promises to me about getting my plates and registration. They are the worst people ever. If I could, I would return this car n get my money back. This situation sucks, and I'm tired of it.

Ray provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a supposed professional. He talks down to women as if they are stupid, he refuses to offer me the respect I deserve as a disabled person and patron of this shop. I was already promised a replacement by Zeek and the owner. I don't know what's going on over there, but Ray is starting an investigation on whether or not they will honor their word. The battery has already been checked! Zeek saw the damage in person when I brought it in. Zeek and the owner promised me a new remote! Now some guy named Ray is demanding I bring my car, that does not drive because they never fixed it, after stringing me along with nonsense financing they supposedly offer for months. I was finally able to get my car picked up and this is what I received in return for all the headache, and time wasting they gave me. One condition I have is OCD, so I have to have my keys a certain way and I keep them perfect on their keychain. Some numbskull decided to take my keys off the keyring you can see in the pictures. Then chose to stab a weird wire through my remote to attach the keys that were already attached with a key ring. Stabbing it damaged the internal components which caused the remote to stop working. Does this make any sense to anyone?! Lord knows it makes zero sense to me and I'm a very logical person. Ray I don't have to prove anything to you. The remotes damage has already been reviewed by the shop and I was told I was going to receive a new remote. That remote needs to be delivered and programmed to my current vehicle here at my home. I will no longer be inconvenienced by your unprofessionalism and lack of respect for women and the disabled community in general. It's a car remote your shop broke! It's not like I'm asking you to pay thousands of dollars for something crazy. Please take some customer service and sensitivity classes in order to help yourself be more successful in what you are in charge of doing. Your treatment of me has been disgraceful, and unacceptable! Do not talk down to your customers like stupid idiots. It's most likely they're smarter and kinder than you. This is a business not your own personal playground to bully people. I have videos of the damage too. I wish I could upload them here so you could see for yourself how ridiculous what they did is.
