I had been looking for a truck for a little over a month or so and came across this dealership. Walked in and was greeted by lupe who then handed us off to Tomas who was a great sales man! I had been to a few other dealerships with nobody being able to finance me. I have no credit so it was very hard to get a bank to finance me. The first time there we were not able to get a deal done with a more expensive truck so Tomas had stayed in contact with me sending me trucks anytime they got a trade in! I went back yesterday 6/18/20 and found a truck. Chris was able to help me find a bank and run the numbers and get a deal done. This dealership as a whole is by far one of the best i went to. They deserve ZERO stars. not even 2 weeks of having the car, we travelled and found out from a mechanic (that's in business for 27 yrs) that the tires were DRYROTTED. We paid over 1000 for a full set and this place only credited us 350. The stereo came messed up, and they only gave us 150. Idk any place that'll fix two broken speakers for 150. Con artist. & when we were addressing this to Chris, he blocked & ignored my partner. Stuck with the car. Not to mention we paid a huge deposit and it still has high payments. Don't get fooled by their broker for insurance either, she'll charge you wayyy more. Take your time and call around for insurance! Or do it before going, but I would NOT go here again. & before we were "credited" for the speakers, we drove an HOUR to get it fixed by the guy they're partnered with. He cancels and no one tells us until we were there and waiting. A waste of gas. He never even tried to reschedule. Not even a month of having the car, they repo'ed it with the new tires we just paid for. The only reason we didn't have all the cash is because we had to pay for brand new tires, which should have came with the car! The month wasn't even up, and she only had to pay $75 (the rest of the bill). They aren't trying to give my partner her $6,000 down payment back & the full amount ($1200) for the tires. Plus, the $300 something she paid for the car note went down the drain. The people are unprofessional, will block you, and the lady (manager) laughed in her face while telling her "you're not getting your money back." read more

Four months later, my car was broken into because they failed to mention it had security issues. Worst of all, about six or seven months in, my engine almost caught fire while driving on the freeway! Highly recommended. Just bought a car from these guys this past Saturday. Lou was my salesman. I got put through the financial ringer in 2010 when the recession hit hard and my CR-V got totaled. I knew I had major dings in my credit and open accounts (i.e., student loans), so getting approved and trading in my old car with $4K still due was going to be near impossible. Being Saturday during tax refund season, the place was busy . There wasn't many places to sit, but thank God for SD weather. Despite pulling up my credit history, somehow, that didn't stop Lou from making a deal that day. He asked how much I could put towards a down, and I gave him an honest number without going bankrupt. He was upfront, told me what I'd need to bring to the table, and somehow knew what it would take to work the numbers... it took a couple of hours, a few phone calls, and a fax, but he was able to set me up for a loan in a great car at a price I could afford. The day didn't end after driving off the lot. Our "newer" car got a flat tire... now, Lou could have easily said, "Hey, sorry about that, but it drove fine when you exited the lot." But when we called him, the guy turned around in his own car on his way home, and came to swap out the flat for the spare tire. The following day, he brought the tire to Vista Tire Pros next door, and made sure the tire was checked out and/or replaced before we started rolling again. Now THAT is customer service. I hope to continue to do great business with these guys in the future. read more

My Dad was in dire need of a car, an affordable, reliable, and more importantly a car he would LOVE! He commuted frequently for his job and needed something with good gas mileage too. I will have to say that I have never bought a car from a used car dealership. I was very scared since I had heard so many horror stories about these types of places. When I went in to take a look I was greeted by Chris. He was very pleasant. He asked me what I was looking for I let him know and they did not have any. So he told me to give him my number and he would call me when something came in. He called me the very next day to tell me they had something I was looking for. He sent me a picture of the car on the truck coming in. I came in an hour later. Having four kids Chris was very accommodating he gave the kids quarters to go and get some candy while we looked at the car. After telling him that I wanted the car he sent it to detail. He worked with me and my horrible credit since we lost it when the recession hit. He took my car and was able to trade it in and offered me more then what I was wanting. The car was mine after hours of it being in detail. He waited till 11 pm when it was finished. Chris was so helpful all along the way. After having a few issues with the car he was very helpful in dealing with the problems. Kevin worked very hard to figure all of the issues out.
