I had them out for an estimate a few months ago but I needed a part that they couldn't come up with. Now that I have the part, I emailed them, called them, text them and no response. Finally I called them again and made an appt. First they said it would be between 12-4. Then I get an email saying it would be 8-12. I called them, text them to confirm. No answer. Ochoa Electric came to the rescue when a winter storm knocked down trees and felled utility lines to our home. They responded immediately to our emergency call and worked with the tree service removing the fallen trees so that they could restore power as soon as there was access. I needed some work done to replace a defective ceiling fan and a GFI outlet which was installed wrong by an OTHER COMPANY. An electrician called Jose was able to respond quicker than we had planned. Eddie is fantastic. I needed to have some strange light fixture removed from my kitchen and a ceiling fan installed. I called him on a Saturday of all days (I know super rude on my part) but he took my call and was able to come in 2 days later on Monday and worked with my schedule. I had a dishwasher repair person there at the same time, and he actually messed up the electrical work going to the dishwasher. Thank goodness Eddie was there at the same time. He was very understanding and after he did a great job installing the ceiling fan, he stayed an extra hour and a half to fix what the dishwasher repairman had messed up with no questions asked.
