Called them again at 11:30 and she said we have to cancel. She said I sent you a text (which I never got). I said why didn't you call me after my text at 10:30 asking when you were coming? No answer. They responded immediately to our emergency call and worked with the tree service removing the fallen trees so that they could restore power as soon as there was access. Eddie is fantastic. I needed to have some strange light fixture removed from my kitchen and a ceiling fan installed. I called him on a Saturday of all days (I know super rude on my part) but he took my call and was able to come in 2 days later on Monday and worked with my schedule. I had a dishwasher repair person there at the same time, and he actually messed up the electrical work going to the dishwasher. Thank goodness Eddie was there at the same time. He was very understanding and after he did a great job installing the ceiling fan, he stayed an extra hour and a half to fix what the dishwasher repairman had messed up with no questions asked.
