First, they had an easy reservation system for online booking, I received a personal check in to confirm the appointment, they sent me a text to notify me when my technician Roby was on the way (and even included a photo so I knew who to expect at my door, which is much appreciated)! Just all around great communication and prompt responses from their office. Next, my technician Roby was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated that he was not only able to identify the problem quickly, but he explained what might have contributed to my garbage disposal needing replacement to avoid recurring issues in the future. While he was here, he also quickly fixed my toilet and even went above and beyond and helped me install my toilet seat when he saw that I had a new one sitting in the box in the corner of my bathroom! Really excellent customer service. And finally I also appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or convince me that everything in my house needed replacing. He actually encouraged me to save money by showing me where to get my own disposal that he came back to install. Pricing was very fair for the work that was done. We terminated the job and filed with CLSB Which will show business license has action taken by CSLB On website for CSLB. Estimated 2 weeks job turned into 2+ months of hell. we had to terminate and redo everything , 70% of work was not to code. We had to hire out to new plumber and drywaller. pvc flex pipe had to be replaced wrong size used not to code, water regulator had to be reinstalled properly with gauge. All valves had to be redone , strapped and new drywall patches done. We had no running shower for a week no hot water to kitchen for over 2 weeks. There was so much more but you get the picture. A non-emergency, they were great in scheduling us within a few days. Roby arrived on time, looked at what we wanted done, made recommendations and gave us a quote, which we accepted and he started the next business day.
