I won't go into all of them but i want to state emphatically that I never used foul or abusive language while attempting to resolve our issues. Her statement about the fire pit and my insistence that there was no fire pit during our previous stay is nonsense. It's been several years since we last stayed in the cabin. The description of the cabin on their website mentions both a Gas Fire Bowl AND a fire pit. Mary also failed to mention the most important issu about our stay at this cabin. All rental mountain rental cabins have hot tubs, that's a must when renting a cabin. The hot tub at this cabin never worked properly during our entire stay. The water simply would not heat. that is the issue most dealt with bu the staff. When the hot tub guy came on the 3rd day of our stay he said the heating unit was broke and he needed to order a new part. That resulted in no hot tub during our entire stay. So readers of this review let me ask you. Would a $50 credit be satisfactory considering all the inaccurate website infor and especially considering the hot tub was unusable during our entire stay? I'd be very interested to know how any potential cabin renters would react to these issues.

Heard that Campers Unlimited was being opened and would carry the same amazing customer service that Billy offered and they did just that. We were treated like family, communicated with the entire time, made aware of any issues that may have come up (which never did on their part) was made aware of timelines and even got our camper back early. This place is phenomenal and will be my go-to from now on. Save yourself the headache, some money and stress and just make Campers Unlimited your home for any Camper needs. You can come experience the farm for a few hours featuring 30 - 60 minute guided tours and animal encounters. Or.... You can stay in accommodations on the grounds of Ocoee Riverside Farm. It's a nice retreat away among the flatland plains of Tennessee. They offer old fashioned farm cabins, wagons, lofts, condos and glampsites. Prices range anywhere from $100 - $200 per night. I was exclusively here to spend time introducing myself to the farm residents. The most popular option offered to visitors is the $19.99 Farm Tour & Animal Encounter. The tour lasts 75 - 90 minutes. Now...when choosing this tour, they offer 50% discount add-on experiences to entice guests to stay and play longer. There's the Kangaroo Encounter - $14.99 (normally $29.99) for 30 extra minutes saying hello to kangaroos. There's the Camel Encounter - $9.99 (normally $19.99) for 30 extra minutes learning about the two camels living on the farm including riding on their humpbacks. So...right there w/ the basic Farm Tour for 75 - 90 minutes and including the Kangaroo and Camel experiences, that's 2.5 hours of fun at Ocoee Riverside Farm for a total $45. I think that's a total bargain. And...they plan activities to coincide with each other so visitors aren't standing around waiting for their next interactions. But.... Ocoee Farm offers even more chances to get up close encounters with their animals. For extra $$$, everything is on the table, lol. You can tell they truly care about the animals and love sharing what they know. There was such a great variety of animals, and everything was very family and kid friendly. We especially appreciated the Bible references woven into the presentations about the animals -- it made the experience feel even more meaningful and unique for our family. So thankful for the time and care everyone put into making it such a fun and memorable visit. We will definitely be back! P.S. We added the kangaroo encounter and Mama's dreams were made! It was a sweet, intimate experience and we learned so much! Definitely recommend adding that on and meeting the "Friends" crew!

He gave me a discount since I was late checking in. He also gave me two free packages of coffee for the morning. I was lucky to get a suite. Once I entered my room, I was surprised by how big it was. I had a bedroom that was by itself with a door I could close. Some of the features I had were; refrigerator, microwave, 2 tvs, a couch, washing machine, dryer, a kitchen with cabinets, stove, kitchen sink, table and chairs and even a back porch. Also, I forgot my pillow in the room. I called on the phone and manager already knew about it and said he would save it for me and that I didn't have to be in great big hurry. Now that's customer service. I have to say I did have a great nights sleep here and would definitely come back.

My group was worried that all we could find was 9 hours away in North Carolina, certainly not feasible for a weekend cabin trip. After searching for days, I stumbled across Blue Mountain Creek and am so glad I did! The cabin is nestled in the woods and is very quiet. There's a creek you can walk to just minutes from the driveway, and there's a few hiking trails not far from the cabin either. The town of Blue Ridge is just 10-15 minutes away as well should you need to leave the cabin, but really this cabin has it all! Pool, pool table, plenty of dishes and cookware, washer/dryer, comfy couches... There's really no reason to leave! Oh, well, if you came to the mountains to explore the mountains then yeah, I guess you might step out for a moment... If you have a large group of people and possibly a dog or two, definitely recommend this place for your cabin weekend. The price was perfect - a bargain, really - and the owner kept in touch and is even helping reunite a friend with his long lost pan that was forgotten in the aftermath of cleaning. Can't wait to come back here again!

The trees and shrubs have taken over a bit and the shade over the pool had the water temperature at frigid at the end of August! The interior is dated and in need of some serious TLC. There was mold in the garage and the ceilings, which also needed some repair. Some paint, new carpet and a really thorough cleaning would help too. There were plenty of TVs, books, games and a pool and foosball table. But several of the TVs didn't work and only the master and living room were connected to satellite. The walk down to the river is nice and the river frontage is a great place to listen to the water roll by but there isn't any easy access for fishing, swimming or tubing. For the size, price and location, this was not a terrible place to spend Labor Day Weekend, but we felt the out dated photos, very cold pool, lack of a hot tub and overall condition will keep us from recommending or a future visit.
