The views you get to enjoy from your dining table are hard to match unless you are at a ski resort or other mountaintop establishment. Rock City is on Lookout Mountain so as far as I know this might be the only place in the world where you can look out over 7 states as you eat and drink so that is worthy of having a beer and some food at this establishment at least once in your life. A thick, homemade formed patty of beef with like a half an inch of fresh tasty pimento cheese topped with lettuce, mustard, pickles, and fresh onion. We skipped the tomato. The burger was juicy. The pimento cheese was really good on its own and the combination of toppings was delicious. The potato salad had great flavor with nice chunks of potato and fresh ingredients. The food was so good that we ended up going back for pizza. again, friendly staff and the pizza was a really good thin crust pizza with plenty of toppings, zesty sauce, and sweet cheese, all piled on in-house made dough that though that was hand rolled. We went home with there no bake homemade cheesecake with cherries on top and their banana pudding. The sweet and sour cherries paired greatly with the smooth creamy cheesiness of the cheesecake, filling on top of a tasty graham cracker crust. Banana pudding was a nice consistency with good flavor.
