They can text or email you with a diagnosis before they repair, so you can weigh in if costs get too much, etc. I got a call in a week saying my repair was done. The total charge was about $50, so I was refunded the rest of my deposit. They also kept my info on file so if this happens again, they know exactly what to repair. Overall. 100%satisfied!
