Didn't fix it, the owner is absent so it's college kids running the place. If you think I would go underwater with anything serviced there your crazy. Go ANYWHERE else to buy equipment or get trained. Not to mention they aren't PADI so good luck.

They made sure everyone could learn at their own pace. They emphasized safety and getting comfortable with all the diving skills before moving on. We had a trip with some diving planned shortly after completing our certification here and I felt like I was really well prepared. Great customer service too. All your gear is provided with the open water certification course so you don't have to pay for rentals on top of it. Brad also recommended gear for my fiancé and I when we were ready to buy and I trusted his recommendations. There was no upselling, just honest recommendations based on experience and what we said we wanted. We're hooked on diving now so we'll definitely be coming back and doing more courses here!

Their customer service is also stellar. I dove multiple days with them in a row and they were kind enough to look after my gear overnight. We felt welcomed and supported during our adventure and we highly recommend Seattle Dive tours for your travel or training needs. In fact, we were diving the Alki site in Seattle and had a chance to catch up with them later in the summer and they were just as kind and helpful in the States as they were while traveling.
