This is the by far, the best brewery in Dallas and probably the most creative although that is subjective. My experience is Odd Muse beer, atmosphere, and staff are exceptional! Not only the best staff there is in industry that knows their product, are genuine people, pleasant, and put a smile on your face when you walk in. Truly, I cannot express how wonderful the hospitality is and how welcoming the staff is. And funny too! The beer is exceptional! Always something fun to try or stick with and you can have a normal conversation unwinding from the day and not have to raise your voice for people to hear you over loud music or the roar of a pub. The music is exceptional and if you hit it on a day or evening when one of the wait staff is playing their playlist - you hit gold! I cannot say enough good things about Odd Muse! Stopped by this brewery on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. I ordered the Rose Colored Glasses, a double hazy IPA, and it was very solid. Smooth, juicy, and packed with flavor without being overly heavy. It was definitely one I'd order again. The ambiance is super chill, which made it the perfect spot to relax and catch some soccer on one of their TVs. Not too loud, not too crowded and it was just a good laid-back vibe. Stopped by Odd Muse brewing while we were in Addison for dinner. When you arrive parking can be a bit tricky as the parking lots are jammed with other businesses. When you walk in you'll feel like you've entered a relaxing brewery. There are also several tvs if you are looking to watch a game. To place your order, walk up to the counter to order a beer and it's open seating after you order. I ordered the fragments west coast ipa which was excellent and could have had another one. We needed beer after eating a heavy BBQ lunch at Cattleack, which they didn't serve alcohol, ODD was close by. The place was big. Lots of seating and was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon. I wanted to come here after seeing their dope art cans at the supermarket. They have a lot of IPA's which is my favorite style of beer so it made it a no brainer to come and try Odd Muse out for myself. They are a family friendly brewery which is important since I have a toddler. My husband and I both opted for a beer flight. Frankly, I wanted to try as many of the IPA's as I could. He had a flight of mostly IPA's and one stout. Each one that I tried was great! My flight had Silver Space, House v5, Rose colored glasses and Phase 3. I love the artwork around the brewery and the fact that they have a patio as well. They sell snacks and seltzer and you can bring your own food in if you'd like. I went to Odd Muse on a Saturday, the weather was beautiful so it was nice that they have an outdoor patio. The interior has some really cool art work that my 2 year old daughter found very interesting such as a half rhino/half human painting, and skeletons found throughout the establishment making the brewery living up to the "odd" name. My wife and I did flights, she did all IPAs, I did IPAs and a stout. The beers were very good! We ended up getting a full pour of our favorites from the flights. We were interested in the food truck they had coming which was a burger truck, but they weren't arriving until 2pm which was a little too late for lunch time as we were hungry. We got food from across the parking lot which was a BBQ spot. The food was solid. I wanted to watch the NCAA basketball games, so we stayed inside as they have a few TV's. It would be awesome if they could add a tv outside for the beautiful days where someone might want to be outside but still watch a football game, or other sporting event. I had been wanting to stop by and try this place out, so I was thrilled the day we chose to do so because Girl Scout cookies were being sold! I opted for the beer tasting which paired so well with the girl scout cookies, absolutely loved it. I of course was a fan of my pale ales but overall getting to sample their selection is always a plus when to discovering a new favorite. I loved the atmosphere so much, there was ample space and the set up was very accommodating for indoor and outdoor seating. They even had food options catered by food trucks, we had lunch already so this will be a must try on our next visit. The place is minimally decorated, has nice staff, is affordable, and is buzzing. We've been hitting up Odd Muse quite regularly for the last year or so and we continue to have a great time. The place is relaxed, lots of pets, kiddos (supervised) and board games to go around. The staff are always super friendly and happy to give you samples of anything you'd want to try. Hazy IPAs are definitely their strength imo and they always have something creative cooked up so you'll always end up trying something new and inventive. If you are not into strong hazys they do have a long list of other beers as well including ones they've won a lot of awards for (for example the 500 pesos Mexican style lager just won a silver medal last week). There's also usually a food truck out on the weekends to pair up with your brew or you can always order something in. Great relaxed vibes here. Great job team!!!! read more

One of the best breweries in the DFW area. They brew a great variety of beers, so they have plenty of beer styles to choose from. They are especially great with hazy IPAs and scouts. You can score a lot of their options in their to-go fridge to take home or have them pour you a crowler or growler. I stop by here pretty regularly with friends and on this particular day, we ended up going to Trivia Night (on Tuesdays) at Odd Muse. When we entered, this place was packed. They have plenty of seating inside, and if it's full inside, they also have seating outside on a patio. They allow dogs both inside and outside so great for those who have them! They do have small food choices, but you're able to bring your own food from outside. They occasionally have a food truck on Trivia Nights. We were a little hungry so I ended up ordering some mozzarella sticks. The food was a little overpriced, but still tasted pretty good. I wish I took a picture of their brewery, but they do have some in house brews. My friends are a fan of Odd Muse in particular as they provide a lot of IPAs and sours. I'm not a particular fan of IPAs, but there's always something I can drink here so I'm appreciative of that. They also sell merch and beers so if you're a fan of their items, you can always buy them! So, it's been three years (and covid) since Odd Muse opened. The beer has gotten much better. Favorites include Octoberfest Marzen (served in those cute glass steins) and the Oyster Stout. The outdoor seating is lovely. It's a nice escape when indoors is loud/crowded/bingo/babies are annoying. Dogs are welcome. I also want to compliment Carina. I was there on October 5. Sometime over the past month, I had lost a little wallet in which I keep $5 and $1 bills. I figured I misplaced it at home, or was in a pocket somewhere. But when I went in on November 12, Carina saw me, and remembered me, and remembered that I had lost my little wallet when I was there. She had put it in the safe. And has been looking for me ever since. HOLY COW! What a great memory! What a kindness. I tried to tip her everything that was in the wallet... and she declined. What a great employee. I was told I had to go to Celestial Brewing in Dallas. Nobody mentioned this place, but had good reviews. Glad I opted in. Heavy on hazy IPAs, but who isn't these days. Fortunately, ODD Muse does them well. I ended up taking two trips over here while I was in the area and enjoyed both times. Took back a handful of their brews, including one collab with Celestial. They also had a nice barrel aged wee heavy and a stout on tap, as well as a few sours. I was more in tune with what they were doing with hazies, but the entire experience was nice. Fun place to visit. The first night I was there, they had pub trivia. The next they had a Mexican bingo game. Prizes for trivia are brewery cash, while the bingo night was primarily beer giveaways. Fun either way. Really love the theme, as they use animals or animal heads on all of their beer cans. The wildest point of the night was running into a former Tailgate beertender at Odd Muse. Not the first time this has happened to me while traveling, but definitely a pleasant surprise. Would I return? Hellz to the yes. This place is top knotch for a smaller brewery. read more

I am an absolute fan of this brewery they turn the tables when it comes to craft beer. Their beer selections frequently change, so there's always something new to try whenever I visit. I absolutely LOVE all of their sour beers. Their Berry Coconut Sour is a must try. They brewed a small batch of Pineapple Mango sour a while back and that was Hawaii in a glass. I found this brewery because of its location (close to my hotel) and headed there with some friends for a nice beer . When you walk in.... the place is modern and inviting... large open sitting inside with an open counter where you place your order. Also a very nice outdoor seating area (dog friendly) with a large tree in the center of it all. Outside tables are large and most can accommodate like 6 to 8 people. I tried the beer flight as recommended to get a taste of what they suggested and it was actually really good. My favorite was probably the Silver and Rass. But friends like also the whisky beer (forgot the name) and the Rational. I don't know if this is a weekend thing but they had a guy making some tacos in case you also wanted to have something to eat. (They took sooo long) but they were very tasty. Overall, this is a cool place, very mellow and easy going. Nice music in the background but not loud. Definitely worth coming here and trying their beers. read more

Super straightforward brewery- lots of seating indoor and outdoor with a limited menu. Staff is friendly and they are also dog friendly- I've seen some happily sitting with their owners inside! It is a very nice quaint place to enjoy a good selection of craft beers. They do not have a restaurant and offer only chips etc. if you want something to munch along with your beer. There was a food truck outside when we went but left by about 8:00 PM. The brewery has ample sitting space both inside and on the patio. It will be good to sip cold beer during a not-so-cold sunny afternoon or during summer evenings. A little out of the way but definitely worth the drive. read more

I live in Richardson and I had never heard of ODD Muse until a friend organized a get-together here. It's a bit of a hidden gem in a quiet business plaza on Spring Valley Rd. I'm a huge fan of Hazy IPAs (a.k.a. New England IPA, juicy IPA) and it appears that ODD Muse specializes in them because they had 6 of them, which is more than half of their total selection. I tried four of the hazy IPAs and they were all very good and slightly different. "Sea Legs" was probably my favorite. The staff can help you decide and you can try samples. Your bill might look interesting since they charge you for the cups + beer but fear not, the total price matches the menu. There's a nice outdoor patio with many picnic tables for 6 and smaller tables for 2. The vast majority have adequate spacing for COVID-19. There was also a food truck on site (this was on a Saturday afternoon) and ODD does sell some small snacks. One bartender was great, I don't really like beer and she was able to help me find a drink that was really good however, there was another bartender that later my husband went and tried to order me a drink, and asked for a "girly" drink and she berated him for his "vocabulary" and got super touchy about him asking for something "girly" when he was just trying to order me something. I can't believe my first visit to ODD Muse was this year! Conveniently located right off the tollway, it's quickly become one of my go-to breweries for meeting up with friends from all over the city. - Atmosphere: ODD Muse has a sizable indoor tap room so you can almost always find a seat and an equally spacious outdoor area. Inside and out are both dog friendly! They have 2 TVs inside and a projector which they used on my last visit as an extra screen for a World Cup match. They have trivia on Wednesday nights and lotería on Thursday nights. - Service: I've always had a great experience with the staff at ODD Muse and so has my dog! - Beer: Right now, the menu is about half IPA, half other beers. During my first visit this summer, I did a flight as so many of the beers sounded good to me. My favorites lately are the La Lucha (dark lager) and Strawberry Hustle (strawberry lager), but I've also enjoyed the Seasonal Adjustment and Flamingo Flavored Kisses. - Food: ODD Muse doesn't have food onsite, so you can bring in your own food or enjoy one of their food pop ups. Right now, they serve smash burgers from The Drop Wednesday through Saturday. I think these are some of the best burgers in Dallas right now, so don't miss them! Nice brewery, reminded me of Brutal Beerworks in NRH. We only stayed for one beer, but both beers we had were well made. They use different, more eclectic glassware and note on their menu, "please don't take our glassware, you can buy it". However, their standard stickers are free! - which I believe all breweries should do, the ones that charge anymore than a dollar are daylight robbery. Would definitely hit back up when in the area and recommend to others. read more

Pretty new little brewery with a fairly big taproom and friendly staff. The beer, and let's be honest that's really what matters most, is excellent. It's mostly IPAs, both West Coast and Hazy, but they also have a Hefeweizen, a blonde and an imperial stout. I tried a flight with the blonde (Mystic Workhorse), Silver spaceship (hazy), Rational behavior (DDH double IPA) and Opulence (imperial stout). None of the beers disappointed, but.my favorites were the hazies. They were onnthentropical and grapefruit side without much bitterness. The stout was good as well with roasted coffee heavily featured. The blond was a good old school version, with a bready crisp taste. Definitely recommend.giving them a try. read more

Honestly, so obsessed with this new brewery! My husband and I have been by at least three times since their soft opening in December and everything is so put together. Their card reader system works well, you've got fast wifi, and they have a killer beer menu. If you're like us, you'll love that they have a plethora of games handy.
