3 Nations Brewing was on my list and on a recent trip to Texas I managed to try some of their beer…read more Even though I frequently scratch off breweries off it my lengthy list (though it is diminishing quickly due to breweries not being as popular as they once were) it is always a good feeling to get a brewery that I feel needs to get tried finally gets tried out. Steve and I were fortunate to get one beer from this brewery. We had a Helles Lager, a lager type we are very much fond of from 3 Nations Brewing. The name of the beer was Go Time. The flavor elements in this beer that are fun to detect are a biscuity flavor as well as a bit yeasty with a dry finish. It's very refreshing in my book! The body of the beer is smooth and the hue to the beer bright! A nice, solid Helles Lager from this brewery and I am thrilled that I got to try it over a brewery that I had on my list for an unspecified amount of time... most likely!

Not only the best staff there is in industry that knows their product, are genuine people, pleasant, and put a smile on your face when you walk in. Truly, I cannot express how wonderful the hospitality is and how welcoming the staff is. And funny too! The beer is exceptional! Always something fun to try or stick with and you can have a normal conversation unwinding from the day and not have to raise your voice for people to hear you over loud music or the roar of a pub. The music is exceptional and if you hit it on a day or evening when one of the wait staff is playing their playlist - you hit gold! I cannot say enough good things about Odd Muse! It's been a welcoming, creative, and just a fun experience being a part of happy hour or solving the world's problems with friends unwinding at the Muse.

We expected service to take a little longer because of how busy it was, but Dustin made sure that we received amazing service! He continued to check on us to make sure we were well hydrated in whatever beverage of our choosing while we waited for our food orders. The food all came out hot and fresh. My husband and I chose the Armor signature burger and I decided to have a side of chili instead of fries and man was that filling! The chili had big chunks of beef in there and didn't have any beans. The cornbread was very moist and delicious with a little kick from the jalapeño. The burger was also very tender. My kids really enjoyed the Milwaukee pretzels because of how soft it was. It had the perfect mixture of sweet and salty and was very fluffy for a pretzel. Overall, I truly enjoyed coming here with my family for the food and great selection of beer.

The refreshed campus has a local take I would say possibly inspired by Magnolia to the South. Same great brew house with extras. I love the grounds, so pretty and well manicured for beer drinking with friends or enjoying a special event. Now with food options even better given food is a must with beer. I wish people respected other companies property and I understand why big places like this don't invest a lot in games when it gets treated like this. In fact, it reminded me more of the kind of pizza you might pick up at a convenience store (like QT) than something prepared in a specialty restaurant setting. While their coffee may be a strong point (I didn't try), the pizza left a lot to be desired, and I didn't feel it offered good value for the cost and the quality was poor.
