I'm sure had adjustments to the rent and policies. So they're primarily food truck and catering company now. The food is perfectly cooked and plentiful, and the price is definitely right. So it's worth hunting them down. You can also text or email him.And he is good about returning messages within minutes of their location. Noteworthy,, they are not always available as they once were because there catering is really picking up - and that makes them unavailable to the general public. Chicken shrimp pork tofu steak are available as skewers buttered Ethiopian style with large side orders of sauteed vegetables or lentil stew and buttered rice. You will slap your mama, it's that good. I was going to take off a star off just because you can't ever find them when you really really want to but I am so happy that they are doing well

They were a complete NO SHOW for my est. 275 person event!! I only scheduled one other food truck,,…read moreso that it would ensure plenty of sales for each truck. I had them booked for several months and I stayed in regular contact. On Thursday before the Sunday event at our church, I reached out to discuss our rainy day plan (since it was forecast to rain), they said "I think it's best to cancel if it rains. We never had a good experience in the past." **Note, the word IF.** I replied back that we could have people eat indoors and that we had an awning they could park under right by the doors. Regardless of rain, people would still stay to eat. No response. On Saturday, I texted to let them know that if it was light rain the next day, we planned to go ahead with the event but if it was storming, we'd cancel. Either way, I'd message them by 8 am the next day because they were scheduled to arrive by 10:30 am. No response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday morning, I texted to them know the forecast didn't show rain until later in the afternoon and would they please let me know if they were coming? No response. I called and texted several times. No answer, no response. I was finally forced to order pizza for about 100 people so we would just have enough food to feed everyone. I don't know how they stay in business with service like that!!

I got the lobster mac and cheese sandwich which was phenomenal. It was packed full so much that when you took a bite it would fall out (good thing in my book). The price was super fair in my opinion. I've seen others charge $$$ for anything with seafood/lobster. Fries are decent! I would get them again in a heartbreak if I cross paths with them again

I recently judged the Best Memphis Burger competition and sadly to say this burger was NOT in it. I think this burger goes toe toe with the grand champion Elboe burger! After a brief conversation with Jared (owner ) about the event he told me that someone else that judged the competition said that he actually had the best burger in Memphis so I had to see for myself.... This amazing thick juicy double patty burger with Gourmade aioli sauce, white cheddar cheese, a peppered green, butterd pickles and pickled red onion (which I admittedly took off because onions make me gag) sorry if that was tmi. But this burger was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was just outstanding with flavor and the brioche bun that was soft but yet firm enough to hold everything together. If you don't know I have a local food review show called Dine01 and we will definitely be doing a more in depth and behind the scenes. Just YouTube us or type dine01 on any social media. I hope this helps!

Gourmade was at Wiseacre Brewing Company for Oktoberfest. I had the Gourmade Burger, it tasted even better than it looked! Highly recommend!

Later during the meal, he admits that Momma's is one of his spots, so that's saying a lot. It sort of looked like another bar/restaurant from the outside, but they have a nice outdoor patio overlooking an old decrepit building which is at least some scenery. Once inside, you'll quickly see it's highly decorated and has a claim to be one of the only trucker themed bars in the US. Inside is decked out to the ceilings with signs, neon, old mirrors, collectibles, and many other items. I swear it looks like it's been in business for 30+ years, but my client said only a couple of years. I looked over the basic menu and saw burgers, breakfast, salads, sandwiches, a famous pork chop, wings and a few other items. The client and my colleague quickly ordered devilled eggs, cheese curds, and chili cheese fries. The first two apps were really good, I didn't try the fries though. They had a burger of the day, and a food special of the day, but I settled on the wings. With those I chose the 10 pc, Buffalo with dry rub, smoked. Kind of a weird combination since most people usually order dry here apparently, but I like saucy wings. When they come out, they are huge and I knew I wouldn't be able to finish them. I think I could only eat 6-7. My colleague had a ribeye steak salad which was a protein bomb he loved, and my 2 clients ordered a big rig grilled cheese which he also loved and a fried chicken sandwich (firebird) which looked really good. Overall, I really liked this place and it's one of the best meals I've had in Memphis the handful of times I've visited.
