She is very personable, kind, detailed and impeccable when it comes to caring for her patients. The receptionist, front office and billing are all so nice and helpful. The huge plus for me is my dental hygienist, Holly! I genuinely adore her. She has such a sweet, thoughtful and wonderful demeanor. I have major tori which makes me self conscious as well as uncomfortable at times and she works around it like it's nothing. I've had other hygienists comment on it but she has always put me at ease and makes no "bones" about it. I wish there were more Holly's out there as I wouldn't stress like I do when Dr visits are necessary. I truly can't say enough good things about her. She just melts my heart, such a lovely person!

They immediately…read moretried to tell me that I needed a deep cleaning under anesthesia that would require two sessions and that I needed to be seen by a periodontist all of which would cost around $5000 or $6000. I instead went back to my original dentist in South Tampa who confirmed that, while I did need a cleaning, I did not need to be seen by a periodontist nor did I need a cleaning under anesthesia. My wife recently went to the practice, which apparently has all new physicians and hygienists because the other ones left, and was told that she had two cavities and needed them addressed immediately which she did not do because she has never had a cavity in her 39 years. This place is a scam and all they do is push for you to get unnecessary treatment so they can overcharge. I would highly suggest not going to this practice.

PLEASE go elsewhere there are still ethical caring dentists around who honor contracted insurance plans. If you don't like the contracted allowances then don't accept the insurance it's that simple but up charging and adding fraudulent services is unethical and you should be held responsible. They should be ashamed of themselves, they all took a doctors oath. All they care about is money not their patients well being. KARMA!!!

I had an appointment in 3 weeks but was in a lot of pain from the filling being so sharp. They fit me in the next day, filed down the broken tooth and filling to hold be over until my appointment. Upon completion of my treatments I realized there was a credit on my account due to an overcharge on a filling I received. I was unaware of the credit until I specifically inquired about it. At that time I was notified that funds were withdrawn from this credit for the two treatments I did not pay for in 2024 but also did not receive. I was told there was no way to dispute not receiving these treatments because I signed the "treatment plan." Therefore, I was allowed to be charged for them. As far as completing my treatment plan, my teeth look fine. The staff is nice. However, I would have appreciated more transparency with patient billing.
