I felt so awful asking him repeatedly to go hunting for a specific pair of shoes that I wanted but he did it without even an inkling of frustration. When it turned out that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he went hunting for it as different stores until they were found. While we waited, we chatted about how much he enjoyed working at Merrell's Outlet Store and how they treated their employees well. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and I will be looking for him the next time I swing through. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store.
