This place is cute but super small right in downtown Flushing. This is a place where you grab and go. There is no seating area here. The drinks are creative, well-crafted, and not overly sweet. The friendly service and quality coffee make it well worth the visit.

A very solid grab-and-go coffee shop with Asian-inspired flavors. I had the pistachio latte with oat milk which was creamy and not-too-sweet. It was on the pricier side (iirc it came out to about $8 before tips) but nothing outrageous in the context of NY. Would love to see them open more locations in Manhattan & Brooklyn!

Solid cafe with a really unique drink menu! Visited Off Peak Coffee and loved the balance of flavors. Here's what we tried: Pistachio Latte (4.5/5): Perfectly balanced and full of rich pistachio flavor without being overwhelming Dirty Yuzu (4/5): A really interesting combination. It has a nice, subtle tang from the yuzu that works surprisingly well, and it's thankfully not overly sweet Black Sesame Latte (4.5/5): Smooth, well-balanced, and hits just the right level of sweetness Definitely a great spot if you're looking to try something beyond your standard espresso drinks

A solid coffee shop in the heart of Flushing. If you're seeking serious espresso and near the 7 train (and main street of Flushing), Off-Peak Coffee is the place to stop by for a cup of joe to-go. They use Devoción Coffee beans for their base so expect quality locally brand roasted beans. They have their own specialty drinks that are staples since they opened a few years ago. However there are a rotating flavors for those interested in seasonal drinks. The owners are the same as the locally famous Shakalaka and the Flatiron favorite SALSWEE. A to-go "off-peak" coffee destination also nearby the LIRR. I love that their drinks speak toward the community: Asian flavors of durian, yuzu, matcha, black sesame to name a few. Service is good. They are cordial and fast. Space is clean and small with a modern young interior. Recommend: Salted Yuzu Dirty- a taste of salted espresso with hints of yuzu and salt and plum powder to give that hint of sweet and sour salted notes. I also loved their durian drink when they first opened. Hopefully they bring it back. Accepts cash, card and Applepay. No bathrooms, small shop. Takeout only.

Unfortunately didn't live up to my expectations. I ordered the pistachio latte, black sesame latte, and a reg latte. The drinks lacked a lot of flavor and you could barely taste coffee. I couldnt taste the pistachio from the cream, the black sesame tasted more burnt than a sweet sesame; the reg latte was prob the best out of the 3. I did rlly like the aesthetic and vibe of the shop and the staff were super friendly and funny. I wouldn't go out my way for this place, but willing to try again in the future!

Pistachio latte pretty good here! Waited on the line walked in but the order was pretty good! Ambiance pretty quiet and chill. Check out their latte!

Small coffee shop but the layout and decor is quite nice. Staff were nice and precise with the process of making the drinks! The mango strawberry matcha was good, I'd get it again if it was convenient but I probably wouldn't go out of my way

4/5 Pistachio latte $7- contains "espresso, whole milk & pistachio cream foam"- really good, nice & strong 3/5 Berry jazz $4.95- contains "homemade strawberry syrup, jasmine tea, cold brew & yuzu juice" - very sweet, refreshing, strange mix of flavors but somehow works, tastes fermented, I like it but def not for everyone Madeline trio $5.95 for 3: decent but flavors are pretty weak 3/5 matcha- needs more matcha 3/5 chocolate- needs more cacao

We saw this place suggested on social media so since we were in the area and wanted matcha we stopped in. It is a small grab and go place with no seating at all. We ordered the Strawberry Mango Matcha (trawberry puree on the bottom, batched matcha, and mango cold foam on top). Since matcha is batched and not made to order, we could not have our drink with oat milk as they only make it with whole milk at this time. The drink itself is divine and I would highly recommend it. It was smaller than most places we go to but that's fine. Service was ok, no issues but also no warmth or friendliness of any kind. I would recommend it if you're in the area and want a yummy pick me up.

During last Friday's visit to Flushing, I checked out Off-Peak Coffee again. I had been here once and then it had closed. Now it has reopened. How lovely. The menu is about the same and I plan to have the pistachio latte on my next visit. As I had just enjoyed the mango parfait at Tangram mall I did not have any appetite.

My favorite coffee shop in flushing thus far! I love the menu as they feature Asian flavors you wouldn't see at your normal coffee shop. Nice, minimal interior design and cool coffee cups as well lol. Friendly staff, fair prices, good location, you can't really complain. I'd definitely recommend the black sesame latte!

This place has no seats and the interior is modern. At first I was skeptical with the limited menu selection. BUT with limited menu CAME QUALITY DRINKS!!! The matcha dirty sent me into another realm of matcha love. It was sooo creamy and matcha tasted premium. I don't like black sesame but this is something that reversed my dislike. Both drinks I would highly recommend. Service was clean and quick!

I'm not a huge drink guy, but I can personally say that the matcha mango raspberry drink was one of the best drinks I've ever had! The flavors were so well balanced. It had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness, and the matcha flavor was still very present. The atmosphere inside is clean and modern and service moves quickly. The store itself is a little tight, and there's not really any room to dine inside, but that's okay. It doesn't affect the experience at all.

Service is either a bit slow, they were backed up or they don't work on your app orders until you arrive and ask for it. Still, not exactly egregious and I'm trying to be understanding, though how they get backed up with 5 workers behind the counter is a little confusing. Still, the service is always friendly and the shop is cute so it's a good reminder to slow down and take it all in. Ambience is fine. Dark walls but well lit. Batches of seats up front and in the back separated by the service counter. Lots of Knick knacks for sale. They've got some pastries and sandwiches but I've never sampled them so I don't have much to add. I usually get some kind of Americano and the coffee flavors really come thru without excess bitterness. I'll also note, they've fixed their cups. Early on, their coffee cups to go used to leak but that's been rectified at least for the past few months. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a proper brew.

I was actually at the area to grab a couple of other items, including bubble tea and found out that they were having a promotion for their app. If you download their app and log in using your phone number, your first drink from the shop is $0.99! I took this opportunity to sign up right away and try their Strawberry Crema Latte. This was definitely the right move! We ordered this as 50% sugar (I usually drink my bubble tea with 30% sugar) and it was perfectly sweet. I would definitely recommend trying this if you like strawberry milk, the 50% sugar also allowed for the bitterness of the coffee to sneak up as well which gave it the prefect balance of lightly sweet and bitter. It tasted like a melted Strawberry Coffee iced cream. The service was very quick and I would definitely be back to try more drink items!

When the food arrived it was piping hot we had to wait a bit before eating the fried foods. The salad was a good portion very satisfying, the cod, shrimp fish & chips was kind of disappointing there was only 3 shrimps and 1 piece of cod with fries buried under them. The fried squid was okay, kind of dry, and a takoyaki was pretty good. We got the English breakfast tea which was pretty standard, we also got the fruit tea which was kind of overwhelming I think the mix of fruits was a bit too much so avoid the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. For dessert we got the matcha ice cream, tiramisu, and the trio combo with the red bean ice cream pate de choux, the green tea financier, and the fruit tart. The fruit tart was very tiny and had a unriped mango on it, the green tea financier was pretty good, and the red bean ice cream pate de choux was okay, I think next time we'll just get 3 of the ice cream pate de choux because it's more worth the value. The tiramisu was kind of bland there was no espresso flavor in it. Overall the staff were very friendly and paid close attention to our table to make sure plates were cleared and took attention to when we wanted anything else. The ambiance is pretty nice, and the decor is cute. But next time we will probably avoid the fish & chips, fruit tart, fruit tea and tiramisu. Our bill came up to $100 for 3 people we probably would have spent about the same amount of money at a restaurant with real food, but it was nice how we were able to get small appetizers.
