Everything I've tried so far has been fresh as well. The one important thing to note though is that the flan cheesecake is amazing (who even came up with that haha) & I do think the textures do mix well BUT only when eaten fresh. In short, do not take the flan cheesecake to go as it does not travel well at all, even if it's for a short distance. Simply enjoy it inside the cafe instead :).

It reminds me of what Hudson Street was like in the 90s. We shared some of the jam-filled heart-shaped cookies and the rainbow cookies.
