Since these mowers are in short supply, I finally offered the full price providing Wengers would include the three-point hitch step pins that were missing from the mower. The salesperson got a step-pin to check to see if the pin would fit. In checking if the pin would fit we found out that mechanical breakaway link was damaged. The salesperson said he would look into it a get back to me. After 6 days and no response from salesperson I checked Wenger's website to find out that they raised the price of the flail mower $400. After sending an email, Wengers did call me, but did not offer to fix the mower, instead I should buy the mower as-is and fix it myself after it was to be in good condition. With the damaged mechanical breakaway you can't even test operate the mower for operation, like buying a used car and towing it off the lot.

They would not return it even though it is in 100 percent condition, and the nice guy that sold it to me said that they had returned a helmet used for a much longer period. If you're interested in buying a helmet go try one on somewhere and then buy it on Amazon where returns are no problem. Lancaster Honda you have lost a likely return bike customer over a couple hundred dollar helmet. smh
