I finally decided to visit on Monday, June 16th, to have a worn spark plug replaced--I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. Jon, the service advisor, was friendly, clear, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including letting me know that their technicians would be taking lunch at noon--so I could plan my visit to avoid unnecessary waiting. That kind of thoughtfulness already set the tone for a great experience. They do not have a fancy waiting area nor a beautiful building facade or multiple choices of beverages but they have the best customer service, pricing and quality assurance of their work.
