I purchased 4 new tires in summer of 2025. Within 3 months one of the 4 tires was flat. I took it…read moreback to this location for repair and under warranty the tire was patched for free. about 6 months later the same tire was flat again -NO NAILS OR OBJECTS WERE FOUND TO HAVE PUNCTURE THE TIRE EITHER TIME. The patch seemed to be OK, it was a mystery. The tire was patched again for free and returned. On this second trip I specifically asked for a new tire, but was denied. I told them I had to drive 1,000 miles for a road trip the next day and I needed to make sure the tire was OK. Absolutely 0 consideration for the trip by the techs. They did nothing basically but jack the wheel cover up, please see the attached photos. I didn't look at the time to see how badly their craftsmanship was. Instead I took a look the following day when the tire started to lose air on the way to Dallas. I had to pull over 3 times at filling stations to put air in the tire in order to make it to Dallas. In Dallas I visited another discount tire location where they not only gave me a new tire, but diagnosed the other one and surmised a bar code on the inside of that tire was pushing up against the rim and likely causing my loss of air.

Richard said he would do brake inspection and then gave me a reasonable estimate for brake job, which was actually less than estimates I got from other auto repair garages and national tire and repair centers. Richard explained options and gave his recommendation on what needed to be done to get the brake job done correctly. He only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and warranties the work he does with parts he replaces. I am completely satisfied with the work done and cost and recommend Techmasters Auto Center and would advise everyone needing car maintenance and repair to call Richard even if you have used other garages in the past. Call will cost you nothing and it could save you a considerable amount.

He smiled when he noticed me reading his name tag and said that areas of the North Pole were decorated with candy canes while his eyes lit up thinking of home. His coworker, a woman, was just as pleasant as he was and he said that we could leave Weezie ( Louise ...My Momma's name ) in his care and he would give her a detailed analysis. After a few hours, he gave me a call and found all the same issues that the Mercedes Benz dealership had found and discussed with me the prices. While it was a large number, it was 1/3 of what the dealership was trying to pump me for. My brakes were squeaking so bad I couldn't take it anymore, but didn't want to pay $1800 at the dealership. As an added benefit, I had 6 service items completed that day for $1800 versus $1800 for one and received a military discount. I decided to wait to post my review after reading that some customers felt that they had paid for services that were not competed correctly. The moment I pressed the brakes on the way home the car stopped on a dime. The horrible screech was gone and and a car with new brakes was in my possession. It's been months and I can say that I'm glad I stepped into this Firestone. I was even notified that my Turbo would need to be replaced and was informed that it was best to let the dealership do intricate services like that because of the maintenance required. All in all, Weezie after 10 years is still riding well and now I know there are services like oil changes, tires and air vents that Firestone definitely can accommodate. I did, and I was in the car ready to drive home by 8:30 AM. I always buy the certificates that cover the tires against almost anything that can happen to them.
