Disappointed!! 5 years ago I bought my new truck in to add some lights. they left tools and electrical tape under my hood.and the wires were just loose underneath my truck. 3 weeks ago I bought my brand new truck in to install a ranch hand bumper.they scratched it and yesterday I found a magnet flash light under my truck? That could've fallen out on the freeway and caused damage to other vehicles. They just don't pay attention to detail!! read more

I called several shops to get a tow hitch installed on the back of my 2011 RAV4 V6 AWD. After comparing a few estimates, I found the one from Truck Envy to be the most appealing. I paid half of the total cost upfront so they could order my new hitch and scheduled an appointment. I dropped off my RAV4 a couple of days later, and within a few hours, it was ready for pickup. I am so excited about my new Fog Light Tint from Zack at Truck Envy. Zack used a heat gun to shrink the Pink Film to fit perfectly around my fog light. It looks amazing!!! Great place to do business at! I have worked with Andy and his staff on 3 vehicles of ours and always a pleasant experience. The latest was a set of replacement nitto tires on my f150. Pricing is good and service is even better. They have done exhaust, cold air intakes, leveling kit and a host of other stuff for me in years past. They also have a wide selection of BW hitches that are reasonably priced. I have bought two from them. My most recent visit when I had the tires installed, their service tech noticed a little gear fluid on my wheel and mentioned it to me. Thanks for going up and beyond! read more

Highly reputable Company. Will do whatever it takes to make sure customer is happy and job is completed correctly. I bought a cover for the bed of my Tacoma. There was an error when installing which ended up causing me to have to rent a vehicle and get a repair off site. This created a Bill bigger than what I spent on the cover and much more than their profit. In the end Truck envy not only paid the bill, but reimbursed me half of the cost of my cover. The best companies are the ones that step up when mistakes are made and do right by the customer even when it hurts them financially. Kudos to you Truck Envy. Andy and his crew did a great job lifting my 2022 Ram 1500! Came out great and drives better then it did before.

I had a trailer hitch issue and was leaving town soon. I had called around to find so many people unwilling to help during an unplanned short term turn around. Most people didn't even have someone answering their phone. Eduardo Berrera and the other employees at Truck Envy helped me get a plan together of how to address the issue, ordered the parts that were delivered the next day, and fit me in to accommodate my short term goal to get running as soon as possible. I had complete confidence that they didn't send me on my way without things being just right and my issue was solved. I arrived safely at my destination with no trailer hitch issues. Terrible quality!!! Had to take truck to another shop to fix multiple problems they caused. Job was never done right the first few times. Kept giving them a chance but made it worse every time we brought it in. Terrible experience and very sloppy service. Great experience with Truck Envy. This was my first time using them. I choose right! I needed a headlight swap along with my grille. They got me in fast, ordered the parts needed. Quoted me, stuck to that price. Never changed. Awesome atmosphere. Brad, Andy Miguel? Not sure on the correct spellings of their names but they were fantastic. Each member treated me with respect. I highly recommend these guys. I've been having working done on my trucks since I was 16. I only trust a few people with my trucks these days. Just added Truck Envy to the list. I had my truck in the shop to have a coil over suspension put in it, i have only driven the truck less than 500 miles and pulling my RV on the freeway my lower control arm comes loose. So I managed to limp it back home got on the phone and called the shop Brad who's always been a good at helping was shocked and said to bring it down to be fixed. The trucks passenger wheel was moving around in the frame as you turn or just drive it and now the tire was leaning into the wheel well, when I dropped it off at the shop to the 2 technicians looked at my truck and said that because the lower control arm was loose and moving around I now I needed new lower control arm Bushing. Beans that Truck Envy was the last one to work on my truck and have to remove or loosen the control arms in order to put the suspension in I felt they were responsible for the repairs and damage to my truck. The owner "Andy" proceeded to tell me that this is just a common problem and always happens...."WoW" just wow Since I also have worked in Ford, Dodge and Chevy I have never seen this problem on any of the vehicles when you tighten the suspension down to the proper torque which I asked them how they tighten the bolts and they just said they run an impact gun till the gun stops moving instead of coming back with a torque wrench and being sure that the bolts are tightened to specifications. I proceeded to have this conversation with the owner Andy and he pretty much told me that this could happen just from hitting a pothole, and this always happens. I have had this truck its entire life and had it aligned multiple times by shops and have never had my control arms come loose on my truck. He refused to pay to fix my truck it is still broken still damaged. So anybody that plans to do any major business with these people I would do your homework extensively elsewhere. read more

Very happy to see a truck accessory business open on the south side of Reno - Met the owner Andy and his extensive background elevated my comfort level. He helped troubleshoot a specific problem I had and I chose to let him modify my 2014 FJ Cruiser. The parts arrive in 2 days they installed them and finished at closing one evening with a coupled of minor issues (two dash lights). Brought the truck back in the morning the owner stopped what he was doing to troubleshoot the problem he was tenacious and just when he exhausted his options he decided to look at a sensor connection hidden from view and found it was not fully connected - bingo problem solved... This place overcharged me for a 5th hitch install. Fed me excuse after excuse about how they got the wrong install kit which added 2 days to the install. After the install which was partially wrong as well, the threw out all the bolts I had for the kit. I asked them to mail it to me and they told me to go buy the hardware. Then they had the nerve to put a stricter for the business on my truck. Nice touch read more

I purchased some air bags from Summit for my truck and soon realized my tools were not industrial enough to install. The boys at Truck Envy got me in right away even though I didn't purchase the bags from them and were very reasonable on the cost. The staff was super friendly and the store has a nice selection of accessories. Next time they'll be my 1stop shop! read more
