This place is managed terribly. The staff half the times don't know what there talking about. I came in to buy an ounce of LAX flower and tried to buy some JEETERS as well the bud tender told me I max out my limit for the day. I said that's impossible because I buy the same amount at every shop I go to. Budtender grabs the manager some girl with black hair in the morning and she told me I was maxed out as well. Funny that they don't even know the limit rules a customer can pick up I tried to tell her infused pre rolls are concentrates in California she proceeded to tell me it wasn't. This place reminded me exactly why I don't like to try new places out LOL. I'll stick to catalyst where they actually have 420 knowledge. read more

I'm not trying to be rude, but this place is a straight up scam. Gives out large coupons and fake free carts to try to lure you in, tried to charge me $50 for 7g of weed WITN THE 80% off. Only takes cash, atm charges $5. Bad prices, shady workers, I'd try somewhere else. I also asked if they would show me my total and she leaned the screen over and refused to let me actually look. Iv been coming to off the charts for the past 2 1/2 years since it's been super close. The budtenders are extremely nice and knowledgeable and give out amazing recommendations! The choice of products they vary are amazing! I enjoy the wzy brand for wax and dimes are definitely my go to. Came in to shop yesterday afternoon and thankfully there was a spot to park when I pulled in. Selection is always good at OTC. Everytime I've been here I've seen some great stuff and it's always priced better than where I work lol. So I definitely give it to them there. Service was okay. They don't exactly try to go above and beyond or try to explain anything to new customers. No one yesterday was friendly at all actually. Kinda wild, I don't normally say everybody, but it was literally everyone that had an attitude. I parked and walked to the door. As I did that I said Hey how you doing to the security guard and he didn't even budge. Receptionist wasn't smiling or friendly. And our budtender was boring & didn't bother trying to help us. We walked around the store for about 5-10 minutes deciding what we wanted. Once we picked what we wanted we went to a register and got rung up. Nice awkward couple minutes went by and we were out of there. The passed 2-3 times I've been there have been pretty good. Great experiences all around. Yesterday was just ridiculous.. Smh read more
