I drive almost an hour to come to this shop because I love the people that work there and everyone is so nice. Today as I walked in I let a customer know in front of me who chose to not park in a parking spot they should be careful I didn't see their car as I came around the corner. They began to call me a bitch and other names. NO ONE said anything or asked him to leave he continued to be rude and call me a bitch. I was just trying to be nice. I ended up not getting weed and just leaving in tears. I will never drive an hour for this shop again. No one stood up for me that just let that man continue to tear me down til I started crying. I came in to check out a few products, staf was great no issues there...However when it came to Taylor. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable but incredibly defensive, There was a little mixup with some products I had bought. No harm no foul. When I went back to return a product (not knowing the no return policy) Taylor VERY defensively told me that she cannot give me a refund, she said "it's like buying alcohol here you can't get a refund" it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was super sweet, super cool about it but man Taylor's guard was up the minute I said the word return. Like calm down, please relax, I'm not coming at you Taylor. I don't think that was very professional and once again it made me feel uncomfortable. Taylor is super knowledgeable, but really needs to work on not being defensive toward customers. Off the Charts is simply the best! Fully stocked... literally floor to ceiling with the best brands and best prices I've seen in the entire state! I really appreciate the layout of the store. Edibles in one section, carts in another, concentrates refrigerated and flower in the middle. It just flows well. I arrived and was shocked at how busy they are but I was able to park right up front. I was greeted by a friendly guard and checked in. During check in the receptionist informed me of their specials for the day and also the FANTASTIC first time visit specials I qualified for. Then I was greeted by Teddy! She is amazing! She asked what I was looking for and I told her edibles for sleep. She walked me over to the edible section and explained the specials and literally went shelf by shelf explaining the top picks and how to use/consume them. I felt extremely happy with my selections and the information given to me. I checked out and got such a great deal. I'm a new regular for sure. read more

I work 20 mins from this place, and i get off at 9:30pm. they close at 10pm. i turned a 20 min drive into a 15 min drive, just so i can finally get some relief after a long day. Upon arrival i was denied at the door at 9:45pm by a not so nice security guard. i'm trying to be polite but they make it difficult. If you guys want to leave work early or close up early to clean up, just advertise that you close at 9:45. It comes off as lazy and unprofessional. Closing times are set for a reason.
