I drive almost an hour to come to this shop because I love the people that work there and everyone is so nice. Today as I walked in I let a customer know in front of me who chose to not park in a parking spot they should be careful I didn't see their car as I came around the corner. They began to call me a bitch and other names. NO ONE said anything or asked him to leave he continued to be rude and call me a bitch. I was just trying to be nice. I ended up not getting weed and just leaving in tears. I will never drive an hour for this shop again. No one stood up for me that just let that man continue to tear me down til I started crying. Off the Charts is simply the best! Fully stocked... literally floor to ceiling with the best brands and best prices I've seen in the entire state! I really appreciate the layout of the store. Edibles in one section, carts in another, concentrates refrigerated and flower in the middle. It just flows well. I arrived and was shocked at how busy they are but I was able to park right up front. I was greeted by a friendly guard and checked in. During check in the receptionist informed me of their specials for the day and also the FANTASTIC first time visit specials I qualified for. Then I was greeted by Teddy! She is amazing! She asked what I was looking for and I told her edibles for sleep. She walked me over to the edible section and explained the specials and literally went shelf by shelf explaining the top picks and how to use/consume them. I felt extremely happy with my selections and the information given to me. I checked out and got such a great deal. I'm a new regular for sure. read more

This place is by far the best place I've been to. I've been driving to Santa Ana for years and going to the wrong places! I work 20 mins from this place, and i get off at 9:30pm. they close at 10pm. i turned a 20 min drive into a 15 min drive, just so i can finally get some relief after a long day. Upon arrival i was denied at the door at 9:45pm by a not so nice security guard. i'm trying to be polite but they make it difficult. If you guys want to leave work early or close up early to clean up, just advertise that you close at 9:45. It comes off as lazy and unprofessional. Closing times are set for a reason. Probably the best dispensary I have been to. Off the Charts is a chain I normally like, but this location is by far the best! Everyone is helpful and nice and the selection they have of literally everything will blow you away. If there's something you want but can't find in the store (IF THAT HAPPENS BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED), they have substitutes that are basically the same if not better for a cheaper price. Everything is categorized by strain,weight, and price point. If you're tryna spend money or pinch some dollars to get a little something for the night, this is the place for everyone. Pro Tip: go during their happy hour. Basically cuts the taxes off. Also buy in larger quantities if you can, ends up being cheaper and depending on your bud tender they could hook you up with some additional edibles or even a joint. One of my buddies came in and picked up 3 different Plug N Play pods and the bud tender apparently gave him a free battery. Pretty solid place all around and best place to go to if you're trying to get around the high taxes. read more
