Off the charts is insane they show you the price and it's never the out the door price. It's always an additional $20 on top of the listed price. first of all I'd like to start with how disappointed I am with this location I've been coming here for a while now and I've just received a visitor punch card yesterday after i even visited 2 days ago and never got one. I've asked the worker how long have they been doing them for she said since December. when I expressed to her I've been here twice in January and have spent well over $$ for basic tree, she just laughed it off. This location seems to be about money and not true to customers, all of the workers are always high Which makes me wonder. Also the African security guard was very hostile with me and got very rude with me. however I still go here because the location isn't too far. Came here today at 8:50 to find out doors are locked and they closed before posted "9:00pm" time. Myself and others were booted away as well. Due to "poor staffing" they didn't have enough man power to serve everyone. Was told from another customer that walked out of there at 8:53 pm that they didn't want to be "fined" for opening past 9:00pm. Trash service trash bud tenders trash business in general. Worst customer service ever I was told to wait and then they went on to help the next 2 customers after me. I was just standing there for ten minutes until I myself had to go up and remind them that I was still waiting. Also when ever I come here the line is out of the door and it takes about 40 minutes to wait in-line that is excluding the time they will ask you to wait once your the next person to be seen. Prices are extremely expensive for valley prices I can get cheaper things in the Silicon Valley. Most flower is 50 and up. The atm has 3.99 service charge fee which is more than usual 3$ fees else where. They tax extremely high. Everything about this dispensary is just no good. Just go somewhere else you'll be happy you did. It's feels weird to say this but just stick to Bay Area prices if you're going to compare it with their prices. read more

The Ladies that work at this dispensary are liars!!! I called and asked them if there was a Jetter PROMO last Friday and they answered yes. I showed up there bright and early that morning for them to then tell me the PROMO was on Black Friday! I showed up and then a different work proceeds to tell me the giveaway was last Friday. I asked how when I was here last Friday!! The worker then told me they gave them away later the previous Friday !! I said that's BS!!! A worker told us it was on Black Friday!!! Quite literally the worst dispensary in all of NorCal. Pricing is outrageously high, always go with 20$ more than what the item is posted if you go. They also offer a "curbside mobile order pickup" , which I've used maybe 2-3 times and each time I've waited more than an hour to receive my items, keep in mind I wait until they tell me my order is "ready for pickup", Ridiculous considering that is the whole purpose of ordering ahead, is to not have to wait outrageous wait times in store, I believe they should remove this feature if they will not have the proper staffing to fulfill these orders. Security guard is no help, always smoking or on his phone, he completely ignores customers needs. He needs to get his rent a cop ego and leave it at home. The dispensary was clean and well organized, they had some unique brands. Wasn't a fan that you had to wait in line and be escorted around, you couldn't freely browse like at other dispensary's. Kind of pricey but it was my first time there so I got a discount and a free pre roll which was nice. The woman that helped me was kind and understanding, this place is cash only which I didn't know. And I had forgotten my debit card at home and couldn't pull money from their atm without it. She held my items until I was able to get the cash and come back. When I first walked into this place I thought wow cool. Then I was talking to one of the cashiers and she told me that they price match and they would also beat it by a dollar. This actually only happened one time where they actually beat the price for a dollar. The next few times I came in they told me that they had to add their own tax to it so they couldn't actually price match it and gave me a hard time about getting a discount. What I really find funny is they are willing to give people 30% discounts for driving from out of town.
