    Grand opening was a bit nuts but was expected since they were giving free goodie bags to the first 100 people and 40% off + purchases over $75 got a free plate of 4 tacos and chips with salsa from the food truck they had out there. The grand opening event had an area with vendors giving freebies with music and munchies! The store itself is small but very bright and lively! The staff was friendly and helpful even with as many people as they were dealing with. They have a large selection and parking is easy!

    Nowhere on the website or in the store does it say TAXES NOT INCLUDED. Connected Stockton is way cheaper and worth the drive.

Daisy the manager was extremely rude and unfriendly both days we tried to come and resolve the issue. As a store that depends solely on their customers coming back, in order to get good rapport and good business you have to be honest, professional, and willing to find resolution and communicate kindly. I placed an order for a dab, pre roll, and cartridge, and upon coming inside the budtender kindly told us the 30 percent was no longer there so we last minute decided to take the dab out since we did not pull enough cash out assuming the 30 percent was still there upon arriving in turn told her "we will just keep the preroll and cartridge only please take the dab out" under the impression, we were buying those two items only. I told her this verbally, and not once did she say we did not have a pre roll in the bag. She did not take out or read back our order nor tell us what we purchased, after we payed and got to the parking lot we realized an item was not the one we anticipated to purchase. Had the budtender read back and showed us the items we would have told them it was not the item we were looking for. On the Weedmaps as well it doesn't specify in the name that it is neither a handheld device nor that it's a preroll only on the receipt does it show this however we saw this after leaving which defeats the purpose of catching this mistake had the budtender shown us our items and confirmed our order out loud, so that in itself was misleading to start. But however had the budtender shown us our order before checkout we would have told her we did not want that and would have caught this before it becoming a mistake. The manager by the name of Daisy was extremely unfriendly compared to the Budtenders who were actually seemingly kind. She immediately came in like a firecracker and said "I remember you from yesterday I cannot do the return because I remember you from yesterday" I tried to explain to her what happened and she repeated her response while pushing back the items on the counter and said I cannot help you however the day before she didn't hear out our explanation as to why we ended up with the wrong item, persistently pushed the notion that it's not broken so she can't do nothing about it which was not relevant to the issue we were trying to explain happened. She had no means to hear us out at all and was stubborn in hearing me out. Daisy was very unprofessional to be In place of a manger as she is not kind spoken nor has any conflict resolution. It felt like talking to a wall. I thought coming back the next day she would be willing to hear out my reasoning as the day prior she just shot it down immediately with her motive that "it's not broken so she can't help" and didn't let me explain. As someone who's worked in the weed industry it's really unfortunate this is how they treat customers who keep the doors open. The third picture is the pre roll we were expecting to get and had bought previously. Will make sure not to recommend this place anymore and take my business elsewhere.

Mo is the only one left we really like. Been a long time customer of this guys business from PCF to now X1. We spend quite a bit each week. At this point the selection of product sucks, clearly no one's doing inventory (everyone's fired) The lines are now out the door and well over an hour long. Insane to make anyone wait that long. Hardly any product available again. We will have to go elsewhere now simply because of how ridiculous this place is being run. Mark my words it'll probably tank. Maybe start hiring people who know how to do this job not just chicks who have to wear crop tops and know nothing about good weed. Most of the girls think a $10 8th is fire I'm pretty bummed to see how this place is doing. I enjoyed having a club in town. Now we have to try off the charts all the way in Manteca. I hope this place can earn our business back. But unless it goes back to the way it was, I refuse to sit in 1 hour waiting lines, crappy customer service with 0 knowledge of the product and extremely low inventory on concentrates. I've had deliveries arrive during really bad storms, which I never take for granted, especially knowing many of the drivers are doing this as a second income. That level of consistency matters. I've had a couple small hiccups over the years, but Eaze has always credited me without hassle and made things right. No stress, no back-and-forth. I appreciate the variety of options available, especially for sleep, pain relief, and inflammation. Some days I can barely walk, and having access to medicinal cannabis delivered safely and reliably makes a real difference in my quality of life. If you're dealing with chronic pain, mobility issues, or need consistent access without leaving home, Eaze can be a big help. I'm honestly thankful this service exists.

For some unknown reason, the dispensaries I've been using have stopped delivering and Eaze is one of two in the City who are still delivering, thank God. I don't think many people know about them but a kind person from one of the dispensaries I've been steady with told me about them. After I registered on their website, I was grateful to see their list of familiar edible brands, including Wyld, Camino, Khana and a whole bunch more. Plenty of selection. I was happy to see their prices were about the same as I've been used to. The other dispensary I looked at were significantly more expensive. The website is easy to navigate and I got excellent service from them, including minute to minute updates on my delivery person's progress. The driver was an absolute sweetheart. As soon as I got the 5 minute alert I went to the window and guided the driver as to where to park and how to get into the building. That's a nice thing to do with any new delivery service, and he was relaxed and friendly. All in all, a very good experience with one hesitation. New customers are supposed to get a $30 discount on their first order and I couldn't work that out. So I paid full price. Well, almost full, as they did send me a $5 coupon code, which appears to be a weekly service. Who doesn't love a weekly coupon? So, I had a good experience and I recommend patronizing this business. Considering that they must be overwhelmed with new orders since almost every dispensary in the Richmond stopped delivering, the transaction was smooth. Many thanks Eaze!
