I always order via WeedMaps, every time I go to pick it up it's never ready. They have terrible customer service and if you order something for pick up expect them to never have most of your items. Went to go pick up my order 10 mins before closing. Having them answer the phone always takes a while and the person on the phone Zain answered, told me my order wasn't ready, and after talking to me about replacing items they don't have he told me "I'm sorry, but it's 10:00 pm and I legally can't sell you weed." If my order was packed, this wouldn't have been a problem... This place always seems to have a problem with their pick-up orders and inventory. I had been driving by for a couple of months on my way to my go-to dispensary that I really liked but hadn't seen this one before. They had great prices and lovely staff. But when I went into OTC, I was shocked how how extensive their product line is. The parking instructions of, "free parking" wasn't easy to find because it it was parking in the rear but no signs so which is their lot so it most refers to street parking around the corner. But I see in another review about the green parking meter which has 15 minutes free as I drove around the block a 2nd time; there is free 2-hour parking on Magnolia/Van Nuys on the north-east side of the street though because there your visit may be longer than that as the place becomes more popular. Because of the display of most of their products, easily accessible for patrons to peruse and handle, they have 2 security guards and carefully monitor who comes in/out leaving you to wait in the outer enclosure while only a few patrons are on inside. My personal POV is that the storefront's look of a CVS with small packages at the ready is too restrictive to oversee comfortably. I did enjoy Carlos who was very knowledgeable and sweet. When he asked me where I had been going previously, he said, "Our prices are better" and boy was he right: something for every budget. They said there was nothing they could do since I already had been hitting it for a day. This isn't a hate yelp, its an actual complaint management should take into consideration. 1st you guys should move ATMS closer to the line that way when its the next persons turn they dont have to spend an extra 2-3 min on the ATM when they could have done it waiting in line. Every time i go in i ask can i use the ATM, and every time i get told no wait until they call you up, after I'm called up i gotta tell the bud tender give me like 2 min let me pull out from the atm causing more wait times for the patrons behind me......... that alone makes me not wanna go back. 2nd 60+ dollars for a disposable stizzy!!!!!!!! Most expensive in the valley LOL i took a referral with me i got 20% off and i still paid what i pay at other dispos for the stizzy ($50flat) Sugarbudz sells them for that price without discounts, Not to mention connoisseurs prices...... look 3-5 dollars here an there no big deal but if its more than 10$ im sorry thats gouging at that point 3rd ive gotten to many defective products for a store with your caliber....
