    Arcades and wall climbing

This place is amazing. It's for all the ages. It's super fun high energy trampoline park.

Brought my kids here for some Thanksgiving break fun. We arrived at 11 am and there was only about twenty kids there total which was nice. We got the jump for an hour and $20 worth of points for the arcade. For reference $20 equates to about 400 game points. It sounds like a lot but the games are severely overpriced ie 60 points for one game. Within ten minutes their cards were empty. To make matters worse the games don't give many tickets each kids had ten tickets which was enough for a dumdum lollipop. The jumping was fun for the hour... but they're specific about you wearing their socks and not bringing any grip socks, so keep that in mind if you decide to come. The place itself was clean especially because we were there around opening. But man oh man was the bathroom gross. Toilets unflushed, sinks not working, graffiti on the stalls. It was worse than a high school girls locker room bathroom. While flushing it sounded like pipes were breaking through the walls. I don't think I'll be back unless it's for a birthday. My kids had fun jumping but left in tears over the arcade games not giving enough tickets. I'd rather just do the bigger trampoline parks and Dave & Busters or ChuckECheese for games.

    Empty on a Saturday

Been there twice. Their internet was down both times and had to pay cash. The teenagers who work there do not have half a brain. They make you stand there waiting forever. Last time I had to negotiate showing them my completed waiver and leaving cash at the front because they would rather stand around and have no business than use basic problem solving skills. They also force you to buy their own branded socks. You can't bring your own, even if the ones you bring have the grip on the bottom.

They acknowledged how bad it was at the time and issued us a credit. When we arrived tonight, we were told our credit had expired. That made no sense considering it was issued because of system failures on their end. After asking the employee to contact a manager, they said they would "honor" only half of the credit $165. I don't understand why only half, when the original experience was completely ruined due to their equipment not working. We paid the remaining balance and proceeded with our three booked games. From the moment we were assigned our VR host (Austin), it was clear he was frustrated and bothered. The first game wouldn't load properly and took a long time to get running. There were constant glitches, delays, and technical problems just like our last visit. Instead of being supportive or apologetic, the host kept making negative comments, complaining, and even using profanity under his breath. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. We weren't rude. We followed instructions. At one point I even told him, "We're not here to annoy you, we just want to have fun." He didn't respond. By 10:45 PM, over an hour and a half after arrival, we had only managed to complete ONE experience because of all the technical issues. When we asked about a refund for the two games we couldn't properly play, we were told they don't give refunds. The only option was to reschedule. There was no real apology for the inconvenience, no accountability for the repeated technical failures, and no effort to make the situation right beyond rescheduling. We were even told that the previous staff member "shouldn't have accepted" us for three games and that the host just wanted to go home. At this point, it feels like customers are inconveniencing the staff, not the other way around. We gave this place a second chance after a very bad first experience. Unfortunately, it was even more disappointing the second time. If you're thinking about spending your money here, I would strongly suggest thinking twice.

The center itself has a retro feel to up, but also updated so as not to feel out of date. They have everything lit with cool lighting inside and all the lanes. They play great music while bowling, we were able to even request songs while we were there for the party. They have a full bar as well as a full kitchen. They also have a large game room, which is a great throw back for me growing up in the 80's. The party planner as well as the Management was super cool and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, kept checking on us, refilled the drinks and the food as the night went on and we were even able to bring decorations and our own cake. Which they gave us a sparkler candle to put on top as our regular candles. It was really fun. The party package was a set price of $49.95 per person, which included unlimited pizza, chicken tender, fries and various drinks. Towards the end they brought a giant platter of funnel cake fries with dips, so yummy. It also, came with 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental and $20 in game credits for each person. There are lounge style seats and surf board tables behind the lanes too. I would recommend having a party here or just come and have a get together with people and have a good time. The parking lot seems a bit sketchy though, I would park close to the front, they have a couple security guards here and I thought I saw some people lingering in the lot, so keep you valuables out of your car to prevent anyone from doing anything. Other than that, and it was just a feeling I had, (which I am almost always on point with my feelings) it was a great time and we will for sure be coming back to bowl and hang out. Enjoy!

I believe lunch time pricing is around $30. You get 90 mins and a set menu. You can pay for premium à la carte items as well! I thought the inside was interesting because it had an industrial, open feel/layout with a few arcade games. Also there's a bar area! It's been super hot in the valley and it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there. It could've been a mix of the weather and all the pits going on, but it was unfortunate because it made me uncomfortable during my visit. The spicy bulgogi was very tasty and cooked super fast. I enjoyed the sides they brought out. The spicy garlic noodles had a nice kick but lacked in overall flavor. They were thicker noodles than what I am used to, but texture was fine. The gyoza was extra crispy/fried. I liked the vegetable tempura but I didn't get a good variety of veggies. I thought it was mid and expensive for what was offered. Perhaps I'd give it another shot but during lunch. Parking is nice because it's a shared shopping center lot. Plenty of spots available.
