I brought my autistic 4-year-old to Off The Wall Los Angeles and stayed with her to supervise, as she requires constant attention for safety. I was not participating in any activities, so I didn't purchase a wristband for myself. Despite explaining this, staff told me I needed to pay or leave. Being asked to leave while trying to supervise a child with special needs felt really discouraging. I told staff she has autism and needs to be supervised, and they repeated that I need a wristband and asked me to leave. I encourage Off The Wall to consider accommodations for disabilities. I filed a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of US Department of Justice about my visit around 11am on March 29, 2026. Families with disabled children who need close supervision should be aware of this policy before visiting. We won't be back. read more

Brought my kids here for some Thanksgiving break fun. We arrived at 11 am and there was only about twenty kids there total which was nice. We got the jump for an hour and $20 worth of points for the arcade. For reference $20 equates to about 400 game points. It sounds like a lot but the games are severely overpriced ie 60 points for one game. Within ten minutes their cards were empty. To make matters worse the games don't give many tickets each kids had ten tickets which was enough for a dumdum lollipop. The jumping was fun for the hour... but they're specific about you wearing their socks and not bringing any grip socks, so keep that in mind if you decide to come. The place itself was clean especially because we were there around opening. But man oh man was the bathroom gross. Toilets unflushed, sinks not working, graffiti on the stalls. It was worse than a high school girls locker room bathroom. While flushing it sounded like pipes were breaking through the walls. I don't think I'll be back unless it's for a birthday. My kids had fun jumping but left in tears over the arcade games not giving enough tickets. I'd rather just do the bigger trampoline parks and Dave & Busters or ChuckECheese for games. read more

Been there twice. Their internet was down both times and had to pay cash. The teenagers who work there do not have half a brain. They make you stand there waiting forever. Last time I had to negotiate showing them my completed waiver and leaving cash at the front because they would rather stand around and have no business than use basic problem solving skills. They also force you to buy their own branded socks. You can't bring your own, even if the ones you bring have the grip on the bottom. read more

If I can leave 10 Stars, I would!!!!! Hosted my son's 8th birthday here with about 35 kids. Great service and staff. Kendall and Dion took GOOD care of us and gave us incredible service. From putting my cake and fruit in the fridge, bringing me ice, helping me set up, making sure everything went smoothly and on time. I loved how they even served my food to make sure people didn't just grab and go. So so so professional and clean!! I also worked with Jose who was very helpful. My favorite was Gaby. She was with me with setting up and helping me during the event. She made the experience even better! Would definitely throw another party here, and recommend for anyone considering. From setting up to wonderful customer service. They have a variety of games, bumper cars and rock climbing along with a full jumping experience for the kids. My son's favorite is how they play doge ball. I love how there is staff everywhere to attend to you. The FOOD AMAZING! From an authentic pizzeria! Food was so fresh! Big hit with my guests, I would even order for my home after eating. We ordered salad, chicken tenders and pizza. All so yummy and fresh. Clean and off the beaten path so not too crowded when we came at lunch time on the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did purchase a Groupon deal earlier in the day and they couldn't accept the voucher until 24 hrs after purchase. They did offer me a price match to Groupon for the inconvenience but I ended up going with one of their packages for a better deal. Again, staff was kind and professional. This place was a lot of fun. My little kids really wanted to do the obstacle course, and the rock climbing, and the staff had a lot of patience with them. My little ones, whom are 6 and 7 got up there on the obstacle course and realized this was more challenging then it looked and got panicked being so high up. But Dylan and his crew went out of their way to show them that they were well restrained and made them overcome their fears My kids came home extremely proud of themselves and their accomplishments. Don't bring your toddler here. I asked about bringing my just-under-two-year-old to the toddler zone and was told it would cost $17.95 for her to play for just one hour -- the same full price as using the entire facility, even though she's too little for most of it. That would already feel overpriced, but it gets worse. Because she's so small, a parent has to accompany her, and they don't allow parents to just supervise for free. One parent would have to pay $18 and the other $11 just to be present in the toddler area. That means it would cost nearly $50 total for one hour of toddler playtime. I even asked if we could take turns -- one parent at a time paying to go in -- but was told no, both parents still had to pay. This policy makes no sense for families with toddlers. Other play places either offer a toddler rate or let parents accompany their kids without charging so much. Here, it feels like they're hiking up the price just to have parents stand by their children. Save your money and look elsewhere -- this is not a toddler-friendly setup. read more

I was disappointed to see that the inflatable bouncy experience was gone from here, and now just had trampolines. Prior to their change, there were low inflatable protrusion kids could climb on, ​kids could climb on, jump off from, or crash into. It's boring now. Just a trampoline, and inclined walls to run up. Most children wouldn't be able to make it to the top, like mine couldn't. My son was bored and we left before our time was up. All they had was snacks and water. We have a membership to sky zone with such a great variety of sensory experiences my son doesn't get bored. We won't be back here. As a parent, I'm so tired of going to these places, only to be left with pennies to my name and an experience that leaves so much to be desired. To purchase enough points to play half the arcade games here, you have to get a card that costs $50+ as each game costs at least 30 points to play. Dave & Buster's at least has games less than 10 points to play. You receive very few tickets and the games are not that responsive. Several were not working. The claw machines don't even try to let you win - one offering giant lollipops so clearly had said lollipops shoved deeply into styrofoam there was no way the claws that buckle at the smallest pressure, were going to get those candies out. One claw machine had its claw open, move down to "grab" the item, stay open, then close only when it returned to its original position. The biggest claw machine, offering giant bouncy balls (easily won at Lucky Strike in Los Angeles), had its claw release so far, as to buckle over itself, unable to latch onto anything in its vicinity. The other toys look so heavy, and even after multiple attempts, the claw could not procure one item. The ONLY item we were able to grab, were these light airy balls that probably cost $5 for a whole bag at costco. Even at Round1 if you spend enough on a machine, the employees will grab the toy and let you have it if you still cannot grab the item. A one hour time period in the bouncing area is $18. I can only say that bumper cars looked like fun but the climbing areas need more light and the wall was closed when we went. When kids go to these places, at least attempt to reward each kid with a toy. There are tickets that can be redeemed at the prize counter, but admittedly, these are all items I can prob purchase online for less than the $50 we spent to play. Would not go again. This place is okay. Mostly arcade and trampoline area. I had to take my 6yr old daughter to the bathroom and I would equate them to a gas station bathroom that you wouldn't want you kid to go into. So dirty and run down. Not having the money to invest is one thing but NOT properly cleaning a run down bathroom is another. What does it say about the rest of the place? Anyway for $40 per kid, id like a cleaner place. Hey Manager Arturo- you are well aware and so are the owners of this establishment that your bathrooms are not functioning well and very dirty. No hand soap, sanitizing dispensers out of liquid, filthy tile floors (who paints over commercial tile) and the list goes on and on! Please don't respond with I'm working on it because I just took a look at others reviews after you responded and others comment the same on this place being expensive with little staff caring to make the place better. We were in the area for Cicla Via and we're looking for more things to do to hang out with friends. We saw this place online and decided to give them a visit. The prices are somewhat reasonable if you actually want to participate with anything. It's about 20 bucks for 1 hour of trampoline, and then 10 each for the rock wall and ropes courses. The trampoline and dodgeball was a lot of fun, but I think the rock wall was way too difficult especially since you don't have real rock climbing shoes to wear. If you bring in your own grip socks, they will actually exchange them for their own new grip socks for free. I think it's a bit of a rip off however if you have a toddler. You still have to pay entrance for the toddler to go into the trampoline, and then pay an extra fee for yourself to be a spectator to watch that kid. You might as well just go to a tot lot and chase them around there and save yourself the $30. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My son had a birthday coming up and specifically wanted to celebrate it here. Two weeks prior to our visit, I called to confirm pricing and was told the Wednesday all-access pass was $30, as it had been in the past. When we arrived, we were suddenly informed that the $30 special was no longer offered on Wednesdays and had been moved to Fridays instead. The new price was $46.95 per child. This was never mentioned during my phone call. We had already invited two other families and had told them we would cover their all-access wristbands, completely unaware of this significant price increase. Management refused to honor the price we were originally quoted, which put us in a very uncomfortable position on what was supposed to be a fun birthday outing. To make matters worse, we were also told the kitchen was closed, so pizza could not be ordered onsite. We were told we could order from an outside vendor and have it delivered, which is not ideal when hosting a children's birthday. We made the best of the situation for our kids, but between the misinformation, lack of flexibility from management, and poor planning, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. TERRIBLE service! Customer service was so disrespectful to my child and her friends. All she did was ask for the socks and the worker, Brandon said, "I know I'm not done," in a very rude voice and then continued to roll his eyes at his co-worker, Max. We as a society should not be taking advantage of children who are supporting the brand. I am NEVER going to off the wall again. Skyzone will be my got life go to. I was there for my niece's birthday. The women's bathroom was just disgusting. Three toilets were not flushed. Hand, paper towels were all over the floor, one soap dispenser was empty and 2 of the sinks were not working. I politely told 2 different staff members to have that cleaned up and while I was there, it still looked the same. At the ticket reward station where you give in your point tickets to collect prizes there was a long line and one employee operating that area. What is with your sock policy? What do you do with all of your used customers socks? This was a super shocking that a business would do this. I came in for a party and was told we needed to use "their" socks and that we needed to trade our socks in for them. We thought we were going to be able to get them back at the end but realized they toss them! I'm hoping you at least wash and donate. Also the bathrooms are disgusting. I feel like this is a bit of a hidden gem. The reason why I say this is because I feel there are similar businesses that get way busier but this place has a lot to offer. I love trampolines! It's also a great place to come if you're an active gym goer and want a different way to stay active. There's always employees monitoring every section of this place which is great, especially because they want to make sure everyone is safe and following rules. There's a basketball court/soccer, dodge ball section and just a regular trampoline section. Our arcade game card seemed to last us a long time. The games actually let you stay in for a long time if you understand what I'm saying, it's not an arcade where you feel like you swiped your game card and in a blink of an eye, the game is over. Huge plus and one of the reasons I'd come back. There's a rock climbing wall and rope walking as well! Lots of activities and can easily spend hours here. My only issue is I got hurt during the rock climbing. The metal clasp hit me in the chest when I released and jumped down. read more

This place has been renovated a few months ago and the improvements are definitely more guest friendly. They've finally installed wifi which is a huge plus and they've made their sitting area larger and more guest friendly. Every time I go the employees are friendly to my kiddos and helpful with any questions. Bug shout out to Mr. Dylan who goes above and beyond with his customer service there! This place is definitely a great place to go spend a few hours since they have a large trampoline area and a rather large arcade as well. What made this experience extra special was Mr. Harris, a superb Coach with the knowledge, understanding and patience to deal with the exceptionalities of our grandson whose autistic. I came here yesterday with my child and a handful of friends. First of all the line was so long just to pay. I stood in it and finally got to the front and they made me go all the way back to the computers and fill out the waiver and get back in line. There were so many problems there. They literally don't have enough staff. We waited so long for the rock climbing and the ropes and we ended up not even doing the ropes because everything was taking forever. Half of the staff were hiding somewhere. I went to order food and I complained to someone that there was no one in the back and only after he sent a walkie talkie message that they better be there and he's coming to check did two extra people appear out of nowhere. A bunch of kids were cutting our party in line, the staff obviously didn't care and the parents weren't watching them. Oh and they want you to pay extra if you want to watch your kids jump. I think it's $11/hr for parents to stand up there and watch which they didn't even tell me when I bought my package. And ofc they put the arcade games in the front and the jumping in the corner but the jumping time starts the second you pay. The food was fine, the kids seemed to eat it. I have 3 kids and this is the place i ONLY EVER have their birthdays at! There's a gentleman manager who always is sooo helpful and accommodating. He always makes sure and asks if I need any help with anything. Honestly, today looked like a zoo. A TOTAL MADHOUSE. Lots of parties going on, a lot of people in the venue, but he never looked flustered or anything. It looked like he had everyrhing under control and definitely not as frustrated with organizing things. Me on the other hand. She was my party host, and she was so nice and accommodating, as well. Super on top of things, even though she was the lone party host coordinator to my big party. There is a lot of things to do! I recommend this for school-age children and teens. Not that appropriate for younger children. I had a party for my 7 year old so I will go over pros and cons of my experience. Pros A lot of things available to do laser tag, wall climbing, bumper cars, arcade, bounce area, ceiling climbing as well. Great party host Birthday gift was giving of over 1000 tickets to get a prize and some free activities to use during or on another visit. Large bounce area with many structures inside. Cons Party guest and walks in customers come in the same way. The entrance is small and their is lots of overcrowding at the front entrance. No organization for party and a lot of confusion. Parents of party and adult party goers have to pay extra to use bounce house with children. My daughter was two so I had to pay for her to jump and myself plus socks separately even though I booked a party with a already large price tag. To many older teens in the bounce area with smaller children and lack of supervision of staff. Low energy staff members and operators of equipment. Games and activities are expensive and cost a lot of points to redeem for play in arcade. I don't regret going but don't recommend booking a party! I won't be back I prefer more bang for my buck arcade games and prizes. read more

The fellow in front of me once on the cash line was the only customer in that line.
