Maybe I can't get ALL THE NEGATIVE CAR REPAIR EXPERIENCES erased from my brain, maybe that's it ? A little tricky to find their small but well-organized store, think Chick-fil-A near Super Target, South Square, Durham NC. Their "CPR Red Cross" sign is small, their location is in the inner corner of a small 'mini-mall' next to a Middle Eastern grocery. Once you find it the first time, it's easy to get to. You realize that the repair shops in the BIG MALLS like Southpoint are going to have to charge you more, don't you ? Their 'overhead' is way higher than a modest location like CPR. I just called back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called back thinking that it was a mistake, only to have a sales associate say that the supervisor (who I've talked to multiple times with) doesn't work at that store, like he never existed. He was definitely lying to me. I'm at my whit's end. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I just wanted the original promotion I came into the store for applied to my account. I've tried multiple times over the phone and in store to get it resolved for the past couple of months and I've gotten nowhere.
