I told the manager " this is not a price increase, this is price gouging on an insane level". The manager was absolutely no help and, he didn't seem to understand the insane price for a simple project. A 766% price increase. Forth he tried to tell me that the brush marks would"flatten with time" and when I pointed out the not square and centered issue he said "it's custom" really this all so bogus it makes me sick. The only thing that was correct were the dimensions. Stay away from this guy he's way past his prime.
