I bought a jetpack hotspot and I was able to get it hooked up with service. They even contacted my work IT department to work through some software issues on my laptop. I'm getting a new laptop next week and they are going to help me with that one when it comes in. Its not like a car dealership where once you've bought the car you can't come back to them with issues these guys will help you out even after the sale.

I was connected to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales representative (Dev Patel) who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. No smiles, no "thanks for your business," didn't even respond to me at times. He said they couldn't (more like wouldn't) re-bind the booklet after making the copies. It was like it was the first time they had ever seen such a booklet. Bizarre. So, I wound up going to Staples, where the cheerful print services employee had a quote for me within a couple of minutes. Asked about re-binding the booklet, he said, "yeah, no problem, we do that all the time" (to paraphrase). The kicker? The quote from Sir Speedy was $143.55. Staples was $56.50 and that was with two 24x36 and two 18x24 enlargements not included in the Sir Speedy quote! The employee at Sir Speedy I dealt with needs to just run print jobs in the back while another employee with a modicum of friendliness and personality interacts with the public.

I lost my voice at my job and had come in to transfer my data to my new phone. The person working showed no compassion and expected me to squeak out what I needed instead of trying to accommodate my situation. He helped me with the data transfer and then I needed help with the phone trade that was supposed to have been processed with my online order for my new phone and then said they don't do phone trades. He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.
