this is the store on Fortsmallwood road pasadena wish I could give no stars. the owner/mgr she was so rude and nasty I've never in my life came across anyone as rude as her! She is even mean to her staff and they are all young people! She needs to learn a thing or two about kindness. She looks and acts like she is under the influence of something. She is just not right in the head to behave in such a poor evil outrageous manner to all people! All I can say to her is KARMA And shame on you! Edit: Four minutes away, we are greeted cordially and told that the system was not down at all. I could address our races, however customer service should not be based on race. So, instead, I'll just discourage the use of this location because an awesome store is sooo close by, in Pasadena. The purpose of our visit was to drop off our xfinity cable boxes. As soon as we entered, there was no greeting, only a commanding voice stating that the machine was down and won't be up until Tuesday, 3 days later. I stopped in this weekend to ship an item. I did not have it packaged yet and quite honestly, I am dumb when it comes to shipping. I don't ship items often and I can't keep track of the rules that each place requires. Fortunately when I visited Marissa took great care of me. I advised her that I was looking to send the item the cheapest way possible. She was able to box it and provide me the two best options. She clearly explained the process and provided me with the tracking number. I am glad it wasn't busy when I stopped in because I felt like I took up a lot of her time. I appreciate her patience and helpfulness. I always get great service at this location! read more

I took a coloring book to Office Depot and they refused to spiral bind it, even though I had had about 25 coloring books spiral bound there a year ago. The person behind the counter said they couldn't do it, that whoever did my multiple orders years ago shouldn't have done it. I'm not trying to sell or make money off of this book. I just wanted it spiral bound for my own convenience in coloring. Enter the UPS Store. Friendly, courteous staff, had the book spiral bound within an hour AND it was cheaper than Office Depot! Love this location. Staff is attentive and friendly. In and out in no time. Since we cannot depend on USPS at all due to the damage the last administration did to it, it is unreliable (having many packages lost). Luckily UPS is reliable, fast and might cost a little more but it's well worth it if you want your package delivered on time.
