I have absolutely NO IDEA why people rate this location with anything less than 5!!! My experience has ALWAYS been GREAT! The staff is amazing and so patient! I'm not always rushing so I always tell the staff to go ahead and finish up with their customer first before helping me. i've been in a quite a few times and i've heard other customers being COMPLETELY RUDE AND OUT OF LINE to the workers and i just feel awful!! I am always greeted with smiles and offered help several times even if i'm just browsing about. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy anything like other stores. the other locations have workers that are so obviously not interested in you or if you're even a customer but the workers at dillingham always are nice and pleasant! (which is astonishing considering the people that i've witnessed some of these workers have to deal with! YEESH! like HELLO PEOPLE?? WHERE ARE YOUR MANNERS??) Story below!! the other day i was in the store getting some printing done at their self serve machines. the girl at the counter is always nice and offers to help but i almost never need to since i've been in a few times. i overheard the girl speaking to a customer and explaining to this woman the process for printing out an email(send it and tell them how to print it. easy right?) i'm not too sure what the issue was but all of a sudden i heard the woman yell at the girl!!! "HELLO ARE YOU GONNA HELP ME?? WHERES YOUR SERVICE? IM NOT F*****NG DUMB" so on and so forth. OMG! idk but i would NOT be able to handle that all the time! props to the girl for keeping her cool and to the manager for asking the woman to leave! read more

After looking all over for the right lock box for money for an international trip and this was the last stop on our search. They had a great selection throughout the store and it was a very clean and stocked store. We didn't interact with anyone, but the cashier and she was really friendly. Stopped by to look for bookshelves, and some ideas on how to organize all my gadgets and cords. I was greeted at the entrance, and referred to an associate in the back by the shelves who was waiting for me. He had great ideas that helped me to plan out my space, and consider some things I hadn't thought about. Another associate helped me check out and walked my items curbside. Reading some reviews I can see I am not alone in rating this store One Star for terrible customer service. This is my second trip to Dillingham Office Depot- the line to mail stuff is ridiculous. Stood behind an elderly man for 45 minutes- he had been in line much longer. Only one girl helping a customer and all other employees including store manager oblivious to the 4 people in line. The manager walked in- looked like she just came from lunch. Didn't tell any employees to open up,and help us- just kept talking to employees as if we weren't there. This store is missing the boat. Wow I didn't know the reviews for this store were not so good. I bought a desk online to pick up in store and this one was the closest that had it in stock. When we got home is when noticed that the box looked like it was previously opened. I had my kids assemble the desk and it seemed like everything was still in original wrapping, so didn't see the big dent in one of the legs until the whole thing was done. At that point I didn't want to bother since it wouldn't be seen. But felt like it was given to me on purpose. read more

i've seen some reviews about this place because of their customer service and time management which is somewhat true. i wanted to fax some of my paperworks, i would do it at home but we don't have a confirmation so oh wells off to office depot. when i first got there, i was about 2-3 people behind the line ; however, the time was impatient. i had to wait over 30 minutes till someone came in to help with the customers. i finally got to be helped, customer service was quite alright; i forgot her name but she was understanding of what i wanted done. she was very patient also when i had to grab some paperworks. she answered my questions accurately. i would reccommend coming here but i wouldn't reccommend the wait for it. read more

The girl in the computer department does not know anything about computers or anything to deal with the questions I politely asked. She kept telling me hold on and let her ask. She was constantly on her radio asking for answers. I know enough about computers to see that she tried to make up information, which is dishonest. The Office Depot in California never had this issue with the knowledge of their store. read more

Don't come here to get your iPhone screen fixed. My phone keeps shutting off every ten minutes and when the women handed it to me it shut of in front of her and she couldn't get it to turn back on and then after a couple minutes it turned back on and she handed it to me and was all "thank god!" They took a long time to answer the phone, then they transfered me to the department, they took forever to answer too. Wanted to get 8-1/2" X 11" printouts laminated with a 1/8" border ... they quoted me $6-$7 each. OMG! Way too expensive. read more

I've had great experiences with the printing departments at the Salt Lake and Waipahu locations, so I was expecting the same quality of service at this location. Unfortunately I couldn't have been more wrong. I ordered prints of personal invitations I made myself for my daughter's birthday and ordered them online for pickup the following day. I received a voicemail from the store to call back, with no indication on the message of an issue. I called back and was left on hold over 10 minutes. I tried calling back two more times and was placed on hold again, never reaching a live employee. Rule number one in business, answer your phone for customers! I decided to go to the store to pick up my prints since I couldn't reach anyone. I also had over $200 of work stuff I needed, lamination prints, a 20 page color sales presentation to bind, printer ink and envelopes for my business, so I figured I would get everything done at Office Depot while I was picking up my personal prints. When I get there, there were at least five employees standing around together doing nothing but talking to each other. I guess they're too busy chatting than actually picking up the phone. The store was messy and dirty. Maybe they should focus on cleaning the store too rather than hanging out. They couldn't find my order than one lady tells me she can't print my personal print for copyright reasons! First of all, why is it their business to care what I'm printing? Your job is to print! Secondly, I made my print myself, for personal, not commercial use, so there is no legal issue. Thirdly, I get printing done all the time at the other locations and have never had any issues. The manager Leanne, was the rudest manager I've come across in retail and did not care one bit about my business. I explained that it was for personal use and she said "too bad. I'm not printing your stuff." Well Office Depot, you can thank Rude Leanne and her staff at Dillingham for losing my personal and company business forever. I went right over to Costco and they were happy to take care of me. If employees like her are who you hire to represent Office Depot, I will not be visiting any of your stores again. read more

Looked on Yelp and saw they opened at 7am. Perfect! I needed to grab some stuff for my shop. I arrived around 640am and bought a crappy cup of coffee at Foodland and pretty much waited until 7am for Office Depot to open. When I walked up to the doors, it said they open at 8am. So I pretty much wasted my morning waiting! If you're gonna change your opening hours, then update it everywhere! This place is poorly run anyway, if it wasn't so convenient then I wouldn't come here. Lines are always long with one cashier open, but the staff is friendly so I will give them three stars for that. read more

He didn't offer to call the Ward store. My friend asked for the number and called the store using her cell. Poor customer service. read more

On JANUARY 25TH I ordered 3 cases of copy paper on line. I was sent an email saying they would be delivered on February 13th. How does it take 2 weeks to deliver anything? When I run out to grab some lunch the delivery person tries to deliver but its only me in the office so no one is here. They reschedule the delivery for MARCH 3 and customer service says it can't be done any early. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH OFFICE DEPOT ANYMORE!!!!!!!! read more

I come here to do a lot of my print jobs for our company and I must say I'm satisfied with their customer service here. They get my job done right away. If you're coming here to do a huge print job look for camille or Lono. Love these two! They're always so helpful and cheerful. The other associates in their copy and print department are either snobby or rude. So definitely ask for camille or Lono for any print jobs. read more
