On several occasions I have been waiting for copies while the lady at the shipping desk is just standing there and the manager overcharged me and when I asked if prices went up she told me to come back in so she could take a look, which I don't have time for all that just charge me the right price the first time, also she'd rather put the receipt on the counter instead of giving it to me in my hand.
