10/10! I can't say enough good things about the printing services at this Office Depot. We got our wedding invitations printed here and it was a great experience. Kevin helped us every step of the way and made the experience extremely positive. We came in multiple times with tons of questions and he graciously made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that each print was perfect. We've gotten multiple things printed for our wedding here and will continue to use their printing services for all our needs. Thanks again, Kevin! read more

Whole greeted me at the door and guided me to the product I was looking for. I was in and out with product I needed within 5 minutes.

Went to Office Depot to by package boxes and envelopes and ship them. I was there for almost 2.5 hours because they were very short staffed. The only person who was helpful and understanding of my frustration of being there so long was Mei. She was over worked by having to be in the same department and no one helping her when the line got longer and longer. I asked a manager for help as well and Jonathan was no help. The lady at the front of the store I think she was new and didn't know how anything operated. Thank goodness for Mei. Definitely won't go back especially with how much shipping cost for the packages plus having to wait 2.5 to get out of the store. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid printing at this location at all cost. Showed up to the printing counter and wasn't even acknowledged. Staff member was 3ft away from the counter, noticed me, and continued laminating. Someone else helped me after waiting awhile and this staff member who supposedly is the manager lacked communication too. Printed more copies than I needed and didn't print on the correct paper until I noticed after I had paid. It was a complete mess and a serious headache! AVOID PRINTING HERE. read more

Quick and Easy, like my ex wife. But in all seriousness, they have always been able to help me with anything I've needed, and they've never ever been rude to me. My one and only dislike is sometimes I might find an item which I think is overpriced, but then I'll find something else for a truly great deal. I respect the hustle. read more

Not happy with the customer service. No smile, no welcome.. Another customer that came in after my wife and I rudely asked where he needs to stand because he felt like he was here before us. This is a result of poor communication, and possibly understaffed. I will certainly avoid coming back to this location. read more

I just got back from Office Depot and was grateful that "Gabby" helped me with sending out a FedEx letter. I had no idea Office Depot did that! I would have given her 5 stars, if she had not treated me in a rushed fashion when I asked her questions with a little small talk. She never said that Office Depot was a pick up location for FedEx, I ended up interrupting her with the next customer bc she never came back to me at the counter where I stood waiting, to tell me she would mail it and if there was anything else? Finish the task when it comes to customers. It's part of "customer service" I took a pic of what I hope wasn't an employee parked in a HC spot. No placard no license plate indicating he was supposed to be there. I did notice he was a Marine vet via license plate holder. For shame. You prevented me from bringing my 83 yr old sharper shooter sniper father from wheeling in on his wheelchair bc all the HC parking was filled! read more

Doing your best to send customers to Best Buy??? I was looking for long ethernet cable . I stopped in at Office Depot to compare prices to Best Buy. I already knew , that I could purchase the necessary cable at Best, but I'm at Office, let's spend some money!! I kindly asked a sales associate, if they would match Best Buy. No, we can't do that! Huh???? I know that you may be thinking brand comparison. Nope! This was a price comparison from house brand to house brand. Shawn in the orienting department is dynamite! Had a project that fell through the cracks and ended up in my lap on a Saturday - and needed it for church on Sunday. When I tried taking care what I needed online I was NOT able to. Called, talked to Shawn and he made it happen! Thanks for going the extra mile. Store is clean and (probably too) well staffed. Seemed like more people putting product out than product needed. I actually forgot it was here until I was in the parking lot. I needed white out and was about to stop and see if Michael's had it. So for convenience, I was happy to come here since they of course had it. It was a small ticket item, so the difference between a good price and a bad one was negligible, but for more expensive retail items, Office Depot (like all office superstores) is very much overpriced. I expect it will close like the others, and then instead of me being surprised to find it, I'll be surprised that it is gone. read more

Just stopped in to see if they had a file cabinet. Tonight an associate by the name of Zach helped me and my mother locate a filling cabinet for her needs. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and by far the nicest associate I've ever encountered at this location. Thank you Zach for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond. read more

I hate to give a one star but is what it is. As someone that depends on printing, reliability is key. Dropped off a print job on Wednesday morning around 9am. Stopped back by about 6pm to pick up. They didn't even know it was there. They apologized so wasn't worried. Was told they would print it that evening and I could pick up first thing in the morning. Just stopped by. Guess what? Not printed. Excuse was. The store lost power. So at some point after 6 I guess they lost power for the whole night and nothing could be done. Sorry. Not buying it.... If you have print jobs, this is a place I would site clear of. read more

Bought a XL pack of ink for $108.99 last Wednesday before close. Brought it home and the box opened easily (almost as if it was replied). The ink cartridges did not have the plastic tabs on them that they usually do, so I called the store and let them know. They told me to come back up to exchange if they were fraudulent. Fast forward until today and I get an error on my computer that says "used or counterfeit ink cartridge detected". Just letting it ride and hope they don't damage the printer. I won't be shopping there again though. read more

The worst customer service ever!!!! Dropped off the copies I needed made 200+ and they said it would be 24 hours for them to complete actually went back in about 26 hours and the job hasn't even been started. They had my information to call if they were running behind but no call. Their excuse was that someone keeps calling in sick. Is that my problem? You had 24 hours to make the copies! Great and fast delivery. Satisfied with product and a fabulous price Why pay hundreds of dollars for a computer when you can get one that is just as good and less expensive. Bought mine through Office Depot which is a name you can trust. Shipped well package and without any damage to the computer. Love the keyboard and mouse. I never thought I would like a keyboard as much as my other and kept it until I tried the one that came with the computer. Now I will not go back to my other keyboard or mouse. I purchased the hp Elite and compared prices and different models. The hp 8200 Elite got very good reviews compared to other models. Office Depot also offered the best price. 2 visits to this store this week resulted in my placing merchandise back and leaving to go elsewhere. Plenty of staff, unfortunately all too busy to help customers. Questions appeared to frustrate employees and at attempting to check out was met with busy employees at the register who directed me elsewhere...and elsewhere I found more employees too busy to take my money. In both instances the Best Buy in the same parking lot was able to get me on my way. Those guys rock read more

Do NOT use them for copies. Sent an order over via email and called to confirm it was received successfully and was told it was but it would be a little while. I waited 24hrs from when I placed to order to pick up my order and was told they weren't caught up on emails. I called the manager to express my frustration and he said he wasn't sure what the time frame was for the copy center because they were backed up with customers. When I left I was one of two people in line. I will not be going back for my order or placing any in the future. read more

I don't know who answered the phone today but whoever hired her should not be allowed to hire anyone again! I have never in my life experienced such horrible service and I wasn't even there yet! I called and explain my situation of not being able to find a location closest to me, to which I received a response of "so why are you calling me" what do you mean why am I calling you. I need you to help me. Anyway after some additional condescending attitude back, she thought she put me on hold, and then cussed about me thinking I couldn't hear her. Needless to say I won't be going to that location nor any other Office Depot locations if this is the kind of staff they have! I want to head and went to Staples and not only did I receive amazing customer service and everyone had a smile as well as said hello they helped me with my printing order in literally five minutes. Office Depot's website says they have stock in the stores, and they don't. No one ever asks you if you want help, and Lord help you if you are in Phyllis' checkout line. She was very frustrated that I had her try 2 different coupons. I said she sure must not want me to save money. Plus, there was no one behind me in line. She had the stones to roll her eyes at me several times. If she has an eye rolling disorder, please forgive me. If she doesn't, Office Depot please enroll her in a customer service class. She isn't doing your company any favors. I recommend ordering online. It's far less painful. Even smarter...take your business elsewhere. read more

Have only been to this location twice and each time the customer service has been excellent. Today 2 employees, a lovely lady who works for Cannon and a very knowledgeable young man named Edwin, went above and beyond to help us select the perfect printer... at a discount! Definitely would not have been as satisfied with our purchase had it not been for their help. I will fill out that survey Edwin! read more
