The people who work here are very nice. But, unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the last two shipments I made out of here. I'm not understanding why I am told my packages will deliver to San Diego in 3 days and then by the end of the 2nd day it's just barely made it to Fort Worth! It doesn't make any sense, unless they're delaying when they're shipping my stuff. The last two I shipped were for birthdays and I thought I could trust FedEx over USPS to get it there on time. I may as well pay priority shipping over at USPS. Its a sad day I may add when I can trust a government entity to handle something more efficiently. It's too bad but I can't trust this location any longer. I'll have to go to UPS, unless I can afford for my package to be lost in transit for days past the scheduled delivery date. read more

While I have never personally shopped with this location, the level of customer service I received recently demands a five star review. A few weeks ago while looking at road legal tanks for sale (why wait in traffic if you can just drive over it?!) I decided it would be funny to call up this FedEx location and pretend I was shipping a tank. I gave the dimensions of 80 ft long by 20 ft wide and 20 ft tall. The clerk with whom I spoke didn't even falter! Then he asked for the weight. I told him it was in the vicinity of 10 tons, and rather than catch on to the joke, or hang up, HE STARTED CALCULATING HOW I COULD SHIP MY IMAGINARY TANK. After talking to another employee, a consensus was reached that while I COULD SHIP MY FAKE TANK THROUGH FEDEX, I would have to go to a separate location and get special shipping. The employee then estimated it would cost me somewhere in the ballpark of five figures, thanked me for my business, and wished me a nice day. Awful experience!!!! Machine malfunctioned and charged $21 and did not print my pages due to a postscript error. Asked a worker and was told they couldn't offer a refund and I would have to call on Monday (happened on a Saturday). I asked for them to print it for me instead. After printing it, they tried to charge me again for the prints that I already paid for and did not receive. David said he would have to call a manager and no one is a available today. I called my usual FedexKinkos and they told me they would print it for me for free in this situation. I asked the other FedexKinkos person to talk to David and they told him to just print it for me free of charge since I already paid for it. The other worker in the store told David to go to the back and he gave me the prints, but told me to go to my FedexKinkos from now on. Will be calling the manager on Monday. Absolutely worst service, refusal to help and refusal to make eye contact. Unacceptable!! read more

The guys were terrific to assist me with an awkwardly large box into the store. Damir was great with assisting me with the packaging for the return as well as the 5th phone call to Shark to do a simple return and ended up at the FedEx store because I could not see or print the return label from home. Damir asked them to wait to be sure he gets their email and can print the label. He was great! I know he had no idea what I had been through that day, but I needed him on my side that day. Excellent service from the branch manager (on a simple overnight shipping transaction) minutes after opening on a Saturday morning.

Typically, I prefer to do all of my shopping online and have my things conveniently dropped at my door. However, we decided to have some brochures for our business printed up at my local FedEx so I could pick them up ASAP. There was some confusion with the file and the original batch I picked up was incorrectly cropped. We asked them if they could be redone, not even knowing if they would redo the order or not. To our surprise, they were very apologetic and not only did they reprint them the right way, but they refunded the entire order and wouldn't let us pay for anything! In times were brick-and-mortar shops are going out of business, customer service IS the key differentiator. Kudos to this store manager for making the order right and going above and beyond in refunding our entire purchase. I would highly recommend this location for your printing needs! read more

Made an order late last night. Went in today at 3:30 to pick up. A girl came out and asked what I needed help with. She seem like she didn't know what I was talking about, "At this location? Are you sure?" Then I told her it was a color print single sheet and she laughed and said she forgot because, "I did that order late last night. It was my final order before closing." Sweet lady gave me my envelope and I was on my way. We will be back. read more
