The owner charged my credit card on file without letting me ahead of time how much he was going to charge and without my permission and without invoice. He ended up charging me over $200 more. 2. There is no system in place. All manual. 4. Horrible customer service, I had to carry two heavy boxes to my car myself without any help from the owner or the store employees. 5.
