Trying to ship a prepaid FedEx package asked 5 times the same questions, the female employee clearly didn't want t to ship the package. The manager asked the same questions, to which I answered and none of them applied to the item. Jaden a female employee in the print center and James the male manager. The male manager started raising his voice and getting closer to me in a threatening way way. I have never been talked to or treated in such an unprofessional and threatening way. I don't know what was going on at this location but corporate needs immediate intervention. Personal Experience: I've been here twice. Last December I had to return a calendar for my mom and exchange for another, and the woman at the counter seemed irritated at having to help me. She never said hello or thank you and just gave me this angry look the whole time. Sorry not sorry do not follow my review from this location anymore when certain people are working the "younger workers" are one has an attitude that ruins it for the rest but the manager and female staff really are trying to help fixed the issue. Good time as always tho read more

Went in today, two days before Christmas, to buy my wife an office chair. I was greeted and asked if I needed help by three different associates before I even got to the back of the store. When I decided on which chair I wanted the gentleman looked up if they had a boxed one in the back and when it wasn't available helped get the floor model to the front. Then he took the time to see how I could get it for the best price, gave me an extended warranty for no extra cost (some unlisted promotional deal) and even signed me up as a member so I could get an extra percentage off. These guys all went the extra mile to give the best customer satisfaction, and I'm glad I went there! I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name that helped me, I even asked his name on the way out and totally spaced it. Great job man! You are a service rock star! read more
