This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!

Six weeks later I called and they said that they took the protective glass off and glued it to a new screen and that all they had left was to remove the bubbles under protective glass. I thought "no big deal" all I asked was that they please be quick I'm losing money every day I don't have this computer. Two weeks go by and no call what so ever. I call and they tell me that the computer needs a whole new top and it would be $280. So I drove up there to get my computer to take to someone else because obviously they don't know what they are doing. When they brought me my computer it was totally disassembled and the screen was further damaged and the whole computer had dirt and a sticky residue all over it. I was quite upset! Steve (the owner) refused to put it back together and give me the work order on it. So I took what was once a computer over to quick fix and they told me that "who ever took this apart still has the protective glass, screws and part of the screen and all this will have to be replaced." Also they said the top plug in for the computer screen had been damaged when it was disassembled. After learning parts are still missing I called Steve to say that I'm coming to get the parts. Steve cocked and attitude and said " I can mail them to you but you better not come back to my store". So I called the cops and they had to come out while i went to ask Steve for my parts back. Steve acted dumb and said I don't have them. Sooooooooooooooooo now I have to replace the whole top because Steve at Computer Masters has no idea what he is doing. Later that day Steve Fritz called and threatened me twice AND called my place of business because I wrote a review on his Facebook page and yelp. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! The TV's were scheduled to be delivered and installed on February 7th between the hours of 7am to 7pm. I stayed home for this and lost out on $500 for no one to show up. I called the number for Best Buy to find out why I had not received my TV's yet. First call I was told they were on their way and then by the fourth call at 9pm at night I get told I have to wait another eight days before I receive my TV's and they install them. I told Best Buy that's not the way to treat customers that spend 1,000's of dollars with them. I think and feel that Best Buy should do what every it takes to get this done quickly and compensate for the problems. I was okay with waiting 7days but I am not okay with waiting 15 days when I spend that kind of money. Then on February 14th CRST Home Solutions contacted me to set up a appointment for installation the following week. Best Buy has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time and it is my opinion if you want electronics with good customer service Best Buy is not a company to do business with.

Visited fully intending to buy a Samsung frame TV for over my fireplace. Firstly I'd done my research and knew I needed to look at Samsung. I asked a sales clerk where they were and he told me Samsung quit making them. I told him I knew that was 100% not true. In actuality they are the main manufacturer of frame TV's even in 2026. We then went to a section and saw what we thought might be a frame TV but we it was advertised as an art TV. After looking around and obviously needing help, I decided "no, I'm not giving these people $1000! 3 men stood less than 10 feet away, 2 on phones and one just looking around. There was a woman sitting in the chair where you walk in and I stopped and told her I was ready to buy but evidently they didn't feel like waiting on me so I'd go elsewhere. I told her to tell her store manager and she actually started LAUGHING!! I said you're laughing, and you have no customers in here at 4:30 on a Saturday?? She said yeah!!
