Great when you need office (or school) supplies immediately but obviously at a higher cost. While I always appreciate in person shopping experiences, I just couldn't find anything at a comparable price (like that big e-commerce business). I was shopping for a new office chair with only a few requisites...comfort, quality, and affordability. While the chairs that were within a reasonable price were not the most comfortable, I suffered some sticker shock with the ones that were "size-worthy". The "Shaq Chair" Maximos wasn't in stock but even that chair was uber pricy (and the chair seat was surprisingly short). Another stand out was the lack of staff presence. I spotted one employee at the front of the store (working at the register) and not once did I hear a "welcome" greeting or "thank you for coming in" upon exiting. read more

I just bought a $60 chair matt which is literally kust a sheet of plastic and didn't ask for a receipt (which is my fault) but had I known how bad this would look and how it comes rolled up so it doesn't lay even on my floor I would have asked for a receipt and returned it. Danielle in the print department went above and beyond her job description! She was not only personable but patient and understanding. For our large print order of over 1000 copies, she called me several times to make sure she had it right. She copied, folded and inserted flyers into over 500 cards. They look great! Recently I've been taking full advantage of this Office Depot! I go there and print several items everyday. I had no problems whatsoever. In fact, everybody was super helpful. Today I woke up from a text from one of the employees stating that he got my phone number off my recently printed resume and asked to hangout. Besides the fact I'm dating somebody, I found it incredibly inappropriate to access my phone number off of my resume. It was not given to him, so I feel a little weirded out. I will not be coming back in respect to my boyfriend and myself, I don't want my personal information accessed :/ read more

Smith CEO Office Depot P.O.Box 5029 Boca Raton FL 33431 Dear Mr. Smith I have been a long, long time Office Depot customer and I think you might be interested in my last encounter with Office Depot. I run a small business from my home office and I use a lot of paper and ink, as well as the usual home office supplies. A short while ago, the HP printer I bought from Office Depot long, long ago, rolled over and died. Since it seemed terminal I hiked off to my local Office Depot at 993 Avenida Pico, Plaza Placific, San Clemente to buy a replacement. After talking about what I needed with the store manager, I bought a new HP printer model 6978 for $140.08. Since I was reluctant to simply toss the old printer into a land fill somewhere, I paid an additional $37.70 to recycle the old printer. Now the model 6978 printer is a very sophisticated piece of machinery, I thought it best to have someone from Office Depot set up the new printer and make sure it was working correctly. That charge was $79.99. The problem was that the Office Depot tech left a bunch of problems behind him and the new printer was only partly functional. When I called Office Depot, I was told that a tech visit to repair the tech guy created problem would cost another $99.99, which I paid. The same tech came out and left a new set of problems. When I called to talk about those problems, I was told that I would have to pay full price for every additional visit. Since I had just watched a completely incompetent tech waste $179.98 and I still couldn't print an envelope, I passed on that idea. I now have a private tech who worked out, apparently, all of the problems and that cost me another $150.00 So I have now spent $507.76 to replace an old printer with one that listed at $140.08. read more

Extremely slow They can't print you anything right away, they put you in a que and you have to come back to pick it up. The staff is just really really slow. Go across the road this store is bound to be out of business soon read more

I'm 1000% sure that not a single employee at this establishment knows how to crack a smile. I have to go here multiple times per week for my business and will continue to becuase their prices are great but every single employee is laughably cold and impolite. You would think at least one of them would be in a good mood every once in a while but no, complete melancholy for all of them at all times. Yesterday I went in to make a purchase and was not acknowledged whatsoever when I walked up to the register (no "hello" "did you find everything okay?" "how are you today?"), they did not even look at me. Completely ignored me for a good 45 seconds and there were 2 of them/ Finally, they rang up my purchase, again without makikng eye contact or acknowledging me whatsoever. Did not say "thank you" or "have a nice day" when I was done. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I leave I'm just appalled and can't help but laugh at how ridiculous it is. Why else would EVERY SINGLE employee behave this way, unless they were trained like this? Hilarious, honestly. You must not be allowed to smile in the building. What an absolute joke. read more

Each time I enter this location I am greeted quickly by associates and get in and out fast. The employees are very helpful and the managers are friendly as well. If I need to return anything there isn't any problem if I forget my receipt. Overall, I recommend this location despite the older previous reviews. This place is super unprofessional. My girlfriend sent her resume to Office Depot for it to be printed out, and wakes up to a text from a dude named Connor (who works at Office Depot) asking to hang out and that he got her number from her resume. What a creep! She will no longer be going there thanks to Creepy Connor!!! What a joke. Hopefully he doesn't show up at our house too, cause her address was on the resume also :/ read more

I have used the printer 3 or 4 times this month and thank god for Allie. She is so helpful and professional. Every time I have needed help she is there with a smile on her face and positive attitude. This morning I received a confirmation of an order that was being shipped today. I did not place an order and every time I pick something up there they ask me if it want automatic refill and I say no. Well the last time i picked up supplies this tall guy asks me again and I tell him no. Well he sets it up anyway. So this morning I spend over 1/2 an hour to some guy cancelling an order I did not place due to this guy trying to drum up business. (The blonde haired woman has been there for years and has never done that.) I think I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Give the Parker location another look! Having moved to the area, I read previous reviews and was nervous for my first visit this week. I needed magnets, shredder lubricant sheets, and file folders. Steve, a new manager, was friendly and very helpful. He was enthusiastic in helping me navigate a new store and if he didn't know the answer, he asked fellow associates. I know the customer service field and he was great. Office Depot is lucky to have him. Megan, my cashier, was also very helpful. My next visit will be copier services. I'm hopeful. read more

I use to come to this location for all my business needs. Yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. Had a simple question about forms and the every young who was behind the counter was clueless, He's telling me his boss was coming. 10 min later still no boss. Young kid was not very good with handling the customer But I can assure you that because of the POOR customer service at this location I will take my business else where. I have to say I stopped in tonight for some business cards. One of the people running the counter asked for the other to get my information. He kid just slides me the paper to fill out. What info do you need? I pushed the paper back and waiting for them to ask me what they needed. Wanted same day service but doubt it I will even get tomorrow. So they did call today about 2 hours later then they were supposed to be ready! My rating last night was a 1 star. Due to Dana behind the counter today is why it went to 3 stars. She gets 5 stars. So she did a QC of the cards they did last night and there was a white boarder on 2 sides. So they didn't use my Photoshop that I gave them for the cards. She redid it and they look awesome. I will go back for more cards but only if she is working. If she's not working turn around and go to staples. read more

I went into the store with a simple, copy job. You'd swear that I was asking the young (albeit, clueless) female associate in the Print Center, to cook me a meal. After 15-minutes waiting (with others behind me), while she printed blueprint projects for another customer in front of me, she finally said, "There will be a gentleman coming up to help you, sir." Needless to say, he never came. Finally, the woman with the blueprint project saw how LONG even her project was going to be, and asked the print center employee to help me -- since it was a simple copy job. Well, after another 5-7 minutes of the employee, scanning my project and having to call her supervisor/manager over the walkie-talkie to help her through the print screens, preferences, options, etc., I finally took back my project and left--after some 20 minutes now. Sadly, this was the second weekend in a row, when this same Print Center female employee had me wait for 15+ minutes and then, had not a clue how to print a simple job request!!! Poor training and it was unfair to put an unprepared employee in a critical area of the store. The female's supervisor/manager came even up once to help her with the blueprint order ahead of me, but do you think he'd volunteer to help anyone waiting in line?! Nope. Poor customer service--and that's being overly kind in the critique. I've come to this store for near weekly print service for some 5+ years now. In the past, it was worth the drive for the superb print and customer service I received from Estaban and Jon. Since they've left the store, the service has continued to be, for the most part, ridiculous. And oh yeah, BTW, I was going to seek and purchase eight (8) laptop computers for our organization, as we expand our instructional programs to livestreaming social media platforms due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the forecast for this fall. But, guess what? You guessed it! We're buying them elsewhere--and they lost the sale. read more

Horrible service. I brought things in to get laminated 2 hours before closing time and was told it would be fine that night. I returned at the specified time only to discover they hadn't even started but to check back first thing in the morning. I gave them until 5pm the next day and they still hadn't started. They told me they had been "super busy," which I completely understand, but if that's the case don't tell somebody that the work is going to be done and 8 hours later they haven't even started. Oftentimes a good deed goes un-noticed but we want to make sure that everyone is aware of the help we recently received from the Parker Office Depot and manager Amanda Fouts. My tutoring company has been a provider for the Supplemental Education Services program through the CDE for the past 11 years. We provide tutoring services for disadvantaged students in neighboring districts to help them get up to grade level in reading a math. As part of our program, we give these students a laptop so that they may continue learning at home when the program is completed. This year, our normal supplier was unable to supply us with the laptops we needed, so we contacted the Office Depot in Parker. Amanda was so helpful in helping us to secure the laptops we needed and was even able to discount the price. We so appreciate all the help that she gave us, because it enabled us to help kids who really could use the extra help! read more
