If not, big shout out to the team because it was looking clean and new. This Ollies did seem smaller than my Ollies back home in PA (miss you, Mom), but it had most of the same things. I was looking for toilet bowl clear ; specific yes but could not find it at all! Idk if they sell it at all but they do sell cleaning products, just not that so that was a loss. Ollies has a lot of random junk you don't know you need at really reasonable costs. It's like a half step from five below? Maybe? But like definitely not Dollar General, that's for sure. They have house hold items, books, toys, clothes, toiletries and more. My only issue this day was the customers which was not a store issue. Screaming children and when I tell you screaming , i moved to all ends of store and could still hear her. The pipes on that child. Wow. Man yelling at a cashier. It was the Wild West. I ended up getting a graphic novel and a cook book and got myself out of there. I also finally signed up for their rewards program. So it's a win for me.

To our frustration, the studio was bustling with families--precisely what we had tried to avoid, as it excites our dog and makes photo sessions challenging. Adding insult to injury, it became apparent they were running behind because the group before us had gone over their time slot--by more than 45 minutes. This disorganization directly impacted us, and I question why the previous group was given such leniency at the expense of our session. After leaving, my husband went back inside to speak with them and returned to say we could proceed with our session. I quickly dressed our dog in his sweater and returned to the studio within minutes. However, we were then told we had taken too long and would need to reschedule. This level of inconsistency and lack of respect for our time was shocking. We drove over an hour for this session, only to have our appointment mishandled at every turn. The lack of coordination and time management on their part not only disrupted our plans but also left us feeling like we were being penalized for their own missteps. Their approach to customer service and scheduling needs serious improvement to avoid inconveniencing clients in this way.

(I have all of the correspondence with them, and my bank records for the time as proof.) These people should be drawn and quartered for taking advantage of vulnerable, exhausted people who are about to have babies and are just looking for things we need!!! I really think Facebook needs to NOT let businesses that are hurting people get away with blocking the customers they have cheated out of their money!! What does an apology actually help in this moment? How does that help me get a bed or put my house back together as I wait for a delivery that has been pushed back for two days now? I was told that they know for a FACT they will not bring me my mattress today and pretty much I am out of luck. So I can see how they do not care about their customers. And I was told what the RED FLAGS are however how is that a red flag for me as a customer and not the company. Definitely seems like this is my fault as the customer and not the company who promises delivery dates. I was told the delivery was scheduled as an ASAP and not scheduled as it was supposed to be. Meaning that it was never set to be delivered and stated he said the customer would call to setup. How does that make sense? So the delivery not being guaranteed is not an excuse that can be used here. Because whoever answered the phone around 12:15 pm on 11/13 at this location let me know that this establishment does not care about their customers and does not make sure their job is completed.
