Having had an awful 5-6 customer service experiences at Office Depot downtown, I have to congratulate the print center at this office depot. I wish I had the girl's name who helped me last time. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best options available for my prints for the best price. The staff here has always been very helpful. read more

So happy they where able to reset my computer since I forgot my password. And it was fast & I didn't have to deal with Best buy.

Usually this Office Depot is pretty helpful and nice but today I went in to get some copies done of some artwork and the worker who helped me (Christian) was not very cooperative and when my copies came out with the colors wayyyyy off from the original and I asked him to redo them he had a really bad attitude about it and when I asked him to cut them got super irritated :( not happy with my experience today read more

I had some time to kill before an appointment so I went in. I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Nice, right? But as I was wandering around the store I noticed the music playing, I noticed it because it was riddled with swear words. Now I know that some words are allowed on the radio. But after a couple of songs I noticed it was the same band and not a radio station! A radio station (other than satellite radio) wouldn't play songs with the f word in the chorus. So only one star, I'm just not a fan of profanity over the speakers in a place of business, especially since the music seems to be controlled by the store. read more

The man sucks. The service is horibble. If you don't wanna buy anything he demands you to leave. He's really grumpy and rude. Because we were students he doesn't take us seriously. He seems like he hates kids and doesn't let us touch or test the chair. Just because we laughed a couple times he kicked us out. I wanted to have a happy shopping experience, but he ruined it for us. The items in the store are good quality but the man should be fired. Not only the man but the other workers are rude to us as well. If you are a student or under 18 they will judge you like you are going to steal something and watch you. The shopping was a really bad experience only because of the workers. Office depot should really take care of their workers and train them to be more respectful to their customers. Even if you don't do something wrong just by the fact you are young you will be accused of stealing something so make sure you come with an adult. This makes going to this shop a stupid idea if you are a kid. why do you have to be judged because of you're age? I was planning on buying a chair but that one experience made me never want to buy anything from home depot. Just because of that man my image of home Depot is ruined. If they were a little more patient, they would have gained 100 dollars more profit. The man and the other two workers work from 3 to 6 in valencia on Friday, December 19th. Don't waste your time doing online orders with this store. They won't honor on-sale purchases even when they show to have stock on-hand. The wouldn't even try to make good by giving a rain check. Now my funds on held-up on my Credit Card for several days as they clumsily try to refund my money. Seconds to take, days to cancel and digital refund. DON'T DO ONLINE PURCHASES WITH THEM! read more

Haven't had a great experience with the copy center. They have messed up my orders in the past. Then recently they accidentally made to many copies for me and they rather throw the extra copies away then give them to me. They said they would have to charge me for them. I thought that was crazy. Shows they don't really care about going above and beyond to please the customer, I have a total of 200+ prints i need done, but I will find a new place to go. read more

This should have been a 1 star rating but the store is so desolate I didn't have the heart - they will obviously be closing soon as it is. I have been coming to this Office Depot for years because I felt like they had good prices and service and was convenient to my home and for the most part would have given them 4-5 stars for the many experiences in the past but things have seriously gone down hill. I was treated rudely and with complete impatience by Daniel who is supposedly a manager and tech guy who was in such a hurry to get me out the door (fyi barely a customer in the store on Dec 22nd - huge lines everywhere else) that he told me an idea pad was the same as a laptop so I would just buy something and get out of his hair - he said the term idea pad was just an identifying name for that product. My IT guy about had a complete melt down when he heard what he told me (I called him from the parking lot for his blessing on what I bought and an idea pad does not have the same processing power as a laptop fyi). Joe, a tech there who was wonderful (and office depot saving grace over a 1 star rating today) had spent a lot of time helping me had to go on lunch break and Daniel said "thanks Joe" - even Joe said 'for what?' to which he could only reply never mind - all in front of me btw. Apparently the 5 minutes Daniel got stuck with me trying to rush me out the door with a product was more than he could take on such a remarkably slow day. I also purchased Microsoft office as an add-on for my new computer which my IT guy had covered - just so you know, at Office Depot, this is non-refundable even when clearly not used - I hadn't even left the parking lot. Apparently their system does not allow for ANY software returns (and they wouldn't even try voiding the transaction a few minutes later) so buyer BEWARE. And don't waste your time with corporate - they washed their hands of any responsibility over what their stores do and I had to call them twice to even get a supervisor. One was going to call me back in 20 minutes and I had to call back 2 hours later since no one had called and it was getting late in the day. Apparently, I have to call Microsoft to try and get a refund on the $129.99 for the office software. Fingers crossed.This used to be a busier store a few years ago when the people who worked there cared.Shout out to Johnny, a manager who used to work there - it's never been the same since. read more
