It is T mobile in general and this store My husband died in 2023. We had an account together Three times I went to T Mobile, sttid in line had my late husband's phone number removed from my account. The very next month I was billed for his account. I went back same thing happened. 3 times is too much. I also called the main number to try to straighten this out to no avail I would never recommend T Mobile to anyone They are to this day trying to get money from me for those 3 months. I switched 5 lines from Berizon to T-Mobile 2+ weeks ago. Angel helped with the transition. They paid off 3 phones. Today I received my "virtual" mastercards and had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get the $$$ off of them to put the money back into my account that Verizon had charged me for closing their account. I drove over to the shop and waited patiently for Angel to help me. Angel is truly an ANGEL. He was able to assist me in getting the $$$ transferred off the virtual cards and into my checking account. Thank you very much Angel for all your help. I cannot say that about Verizon - I was with them for 21 years and the last 3 times I went in to check om upgrading my iphone, they were not very helpful. read more

Giving it a 2 only because the one Indian man was amazing funny and super understanding while the lady with tattoos and piercings on the other hand was the biggest liar yet. Went in for a new phone she offered if I put my line on my sisters it would be 100$ but every month the bill comes to over 160$. Not only was I told 100$ a month and get something different she offered for me to pay a 1 time 40$ purchase for a screen protector and I get replacements for life but turns out I'm being charged 20$ a month for these screen protectors that I'm not even kidding BREAK IN YOUR POCKET, 3 times they have broke in my pocket without being touched while my Amazon ones last months! read more

Went in to get a replacement sim card. Got there at 1:45. The guy that was helping us "Eddie" was already clocked out in his head. (Zero to none on customer service. My hubby and I visited this location on a busy Black Friday morning. We came in to take advantage of the BOGO Sale they were having. Cecilia greeted us as soon as we entered. We wanted two iPhone 7 and two Samsung Galaxy S8. Well, this transaction lasted a couple hours, I felt like I was at the car dealership. There were a few complications between customer service & the systems bring extremely slow, it took an excessive amount of time to receive these phones. I must say that Jordan the Manager went above and beyond to give us a great deal, on top of the already buy one get one free offer. My boys will have a very Merry Christmas because Jordan and Cecilia helped made it possible. Now that's what I call legendary service. My husband got a text that my phone was ready to be picked up and that was at 3pm. We got there at 3:48 and my husband went in while I waited in the car. We waited over an hr while Carlos was helping one man, and while other people came and went because it was taking a long time. Carlos was the only one available and his coworker wouldn't be available for the next 30min. This review is just to say that this store should be better staffed and to have more of a sense of urgency. They ended up losing customers as I saw more than one person come and leave, and Carlos' coworker came in with in and out and didn't seem like she wanted to stop and at least help to clear up the foot traffic before she took the rest of her break. Hopefully you guys will hire more people because we ended up leaving as well because the wait was so long. read more

My husband and I decided to leave Verizon and go to TMobile 2 1/2 months ago. Cecilia was our associate. Nothing but issues since we joined them. We've had to go in 6 times to get things right. Or so we thought. We got an international plan to go to Thailand. When we got back we went in to cancel that plan. Come to find out, that Cecilia signed us up for the TMobile plus 1 . We didn't even want that. Come to find out they transferred her to the store in Burbank. They told us to call there, so I did. Her response was, "that's the feature they typically sell so she just gave us that. I explained to her we never wanted the upgrade. She said that she would contact the manager at the Canyon Country. She didn't. I'm getting the run around. All I want is to be credited the difference in the features for 2 months. She is not good with fixing her mistakes. On the other hand there is an associate in at the Canyon Country location that is awesome. His name is Mario. He explains things really well and stands by his word. Came in the day after Black Friday looking to start a new plan with my fiance. While it did take a while, that is what we expected. We had the best service with our female representative (for the life of me I cant remember her name, but she mentioned being an organ donor recipient) . She was insanely knowledgable about everything, explained everything to us thoroughly yet simply, and never seemed to be annoyed that the process was taking a while.
