Even if they are like drowning in paper and tabs and binding covers - it's always a pleasure coming in to greet the team and pick up my stuff. My orders have always been printed accurately so far. I also like that when I walk in someone always greets me and says "hello" or "goodbye". For some reason that's huge. Thank you guys

My husband and I decided to stop by this location to pursue the clearance items & see if there were…read moreany good sales (no particular item) during our trip to the Lowe's next door. We didn't find anything while looking so we went to leave (you have to exit through the line and past the register), my husband happened to look back & saw a Staples employee pointing her iPad at us, she quickly went to put it down & my husband saw the camera app open on her iPad. Clearly she thought we were stealing but soon realized we weren't as the sensors did not go off upon our exit. We have never in our lives stolen anything let alone committed a crime. I almost went back in to have it out with said employee, as we did not consent to have our picture taken. Not that it should matter, however, we were dressed causally (my husband was in a black tee & khakis while I was in an all black athleisure outfit), well groomed & literally just pursuing the store. Staples has officially lost our business given our atrocious experience.

I placed an order through Uber eats. Office Depot sent 5x7 plastic holders instead of 8x10. I…read morecalled and they said I needed to go to the store to do the exchange. I did but the store wouldn't help me since it was purchased though uber even though I showed the receipt and policy. I was told to call into corporate to get a bar code, so I did but was on the phone for over 10 minutes. I then gave the girl the bar code and it didn't work. The girl at the register said her manager could do an even exchange but the manager came over and refused and said I should have brought from then directly? Then Josh the manger got super rude with me and told me I was holding up his line and I needed to move. He outright refused to help me and thought my situation was funny? I asked Josh for his last name and he told me he doesn't give it to "crazy" people. Apparently asking for an even exchange and showing the receipt was crazy. It even states online that you can exchange when ordering from office max and uber eats. I can't believe a manager of a store would act like that or think it was funny to not help someone even though it was his stores mistake. I ended up just leaving because no adult should talk to another adult that way.

Virgil was so patient and wonderfully helpful in planning the booklet at the lowest cost. Covers were purchased at Office Max but had to be ordered. I arrived a few days later to pick up the copied pages and covers, but the printing had not been completed. The group to assemble the booklets was waiting my arrival. So Rovena called "all hands on deck" and printed everything as quickly as possible, plus added in some additional printing at no charge...Rovena, Virgil, and others truly demonstrated what customer service means!
