If they are going to accept Amazon returns, maybe they should be more accommodating. Even when you bring a boxed item in, they want to charge you $6 for a piece of tape. I don't care how convenient this location is to my home, but I will completely go out of my way to another UPS store, or even just do the hassle-free returns through Kohl's or Staples. I honestly wouldn't even want to leave this store a review, but my experience was so frustrating that I feel I need to. This location has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I was left on hold for about 45 minutes--even though the store wasn't busy. In the time I was waiting, I actually drove to the store,and they were NOT busy!! When I arrived, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Before that, multiple employees had hung up on me while I was simply trying to get help with a lost item connected to their store. I wasn't being difficult; I just needed assistance. Unfortunately, I never received even basic courtesy. I use this store for my post office box. It's convenient, close to home and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. For the amount of people that go through there in a day-it's always clean and neat. They have anything you need for shipping or any of those -ing things. read more

Not sure who "helped" me today but he was incredibly rude. I try to ask him about his day and he looks away and just refuses to speak to me. I asked if there's a pen to sign with and he motioned for me to use my finger. Then I asked if there's any charge for picking up a package and he just waved me away. I was completely ripped off today. Spent $28 to ship a package not even a package a bubble envelope with mail forwarding it to a parent weighs less than a pound .79 of a pound, and they completely ripped me off, and the lady at the counter was completely apathetic, and no one would help. I get that costa are going up but when I went online, it should've only cost me $14.99 I will never be back. I will drive further if it means I am not ripped off. I went here over a week ago to print out a 1 page pdf I needed to mail off. If I remember correctly the charge was $3.50. The guy told me it was printing service fee or some crap I don't exactly remember. But seriously, no one charges that much to print out 1 page of anything. Staples and Officemax charge like 60 cents I think. So becasue of this ridiculous fee I'll never print anything here ever again, and I hope no one else does to show them that what they're charging is ridiculous. read more

I had no idea they did shredding. I found out in Santa Fe when I needed to shred tax returns. They charged me $1.50 a pound there. This location totally has them beat at $1.49 a pound! Lol. Can't beat that. read more

We mailed out a bubble wrap envelope the worker kept asking what was in the envelope we were reluctant to say because it was none of their business, the contents were not illegal nor flammable or contained any thing that would cause harm, needless to say the clerk kept feeling the envelope we got tracking paid and left the envelope never made it to its destination and never left the store the manager or who ever called us back name was nick he went on to accuse us of being eBay scammers trying to put in fake claims I told nick we weren't requesting a claim for what was in the envelope but rather we should be refunded for a package that was never delivered, he went on to tell me how he trusts his employees and they would never steal usless information for us we told him it's obvious the package didn't get delivered read more

Just wanted to share our experience with this location. My husband and I have had a difficult time finding a notary service that works with our schedule. We showed up less than 5 mins before closing and asked if we were too late to have documents printed and notarized. Not only did they gladly offer to stay late to help, their customer service was above and beyond. We will definitely use this location for future services. If your concerned about working during covid don't work. If your going to post precautions follow them and try to minimally enforce them. Sign on the door said 5 customer max. So we waited outside until there was three customers in the store, since there was two of us. We needed copies and an envelope, the young lady didn't want to make copies for us and seemed to annoyed when I wanted to make the copies my way. When we turned around after finishing copying our report there we 9 customers in the store, and we were made to get in the back of the line again. After several minutes back in line a young man came out of the back talking on the stores phone. When he finally acknowledged us he was still, on the phone so we had to explain what we needed to pay for, however while telling him, he told the person on the phone he needed to get the manager and walked away. If your not familiar with doing things for yourself here, your in the wrong place. Employees were not welcoming nor helpful. If your going to need any help this is not the place for you read more

I've been using this UPS store for 8 years, mostly without a problem. The manager (owner?) can be aloof, downright rude at times, but she's not around as much. My only real problem ( and why I won't be returning) is that I've had a usps package I dropped off here not get scanned, nor made it to its destination. Like it never even shipped out. This is the third time in a year this has happened from this location. The third time I've had to refund a customer because their order was lost. Is it UPS, is it USPS, I don't know. Have used this location twice. Both times was to mail cd size envelopes. Both times delivery was much more money than the post office charges. When I asked why I was told it was because they used a metering machine. Both times delivery took way longer than usual. They blamed USPS both times. Funny that when I mail at the post office it gets there just fine in less time. My wife tried to mail a package at this location and when they told her the cost she said she would just go to the post office. The clerk then tried to negotiate the price!!!! Won't be going back. Went in to drop off a package (during the Covid-19 epidemic) and no one there was even wearing a mask. I asked about it and was told that it wasn't necessary, and that it all depended on where you got your information. Of course, that's wrong as the facts are clear that masks protect people and save lives. I'm in a "high risk" category and the fact that this store doesn't care at all about the health safety of their customers is awful. Superb customer service! I emailed over a print job less than an hour before close, and the job was printed and even cropped down to size for me in time for me to come pick it up. The young lady who checked me out was super-polite and very sweet. This location far outperforms the location at Higley and Pecos that we used to go to. Never again! These people have no respect for customers, and have no concept of developing loyalty. Everytime I've gone there to ship a package, they have tried to charge me double what anyone else charges for supplies. What takes the cake though, was my most recent (and final) visit to this store. I had a flat envelope that needed to be shipped. Because the envelope stated "Do not bend" the clerk said the postage would be higher. I said fine, and he weighed the package, telling me that the postage would be $3.90. I told him to go ahead and run the postage. After he had afixed the postage from the meter onto the envelope, I glanced at it and noticed that the postage was only $1.90. I asked him why he charged me $3.90 for $1.90 postage, and he told me that the post office charges a surcharge of $2.00 when you get postage from a meter. I questioned this, asking if the $2.00 actually went to the store, but he insisted that it was a surcharge from the post office and there was nothing they could do about it. A few days later, I was at the post office and asked the clerk about this "surcharge" and was told there is no such charge. Apparently the store charged me an extra $2.00. It's bad enough that these people gouge their customers, but then they lie about it. I don't mind paying extra for services when necessary, but please don't treat me like an idiot! read more
